    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Been working with Bob @ Pro-Products on a large order of Radiant Heat panels. Bob is one of the GOOD GUYS! He will sit on the phone and explain everything in fine detail and calls you back letting you know the status. I also changed a few things today on my order, I was a little nervous about asking him but he was nothing but professional and cheerful, Bob made sure I got what I wanted and was completely satisfied! WOW! I'm glad I picked Pro-Products! :thumbsup:

Bob Pound is one of the best. I don't hesitate to recommend him, or any of his products.
 
I purchased a panel from Pro Products at the N.Y Reptile Expo back in April. The representative there new his stuff and was a true pro. I just purchased another one a few weeks ago. Bob's sugested panel was perfect for that particular cage. I will be buying another at the show on Nov 30. Great company, great product and great service.
