    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have a 7 foot female Culombian Boa, and I am buying a 6'5" male that is 66% het for albino. Can anyone tell what the clutch will look like when they are born? I am thinking it will be normals and possibly Hypo's but i'm not sure. Please can someone help me? :shrug01:

All of the babies will look normal.
Since the male is listed as 66% possible het, he was produced from a het albino to het albino breeding. The bottom line is this: he will either prove to be het or not, but not from this breeding. He will have to be bred to a het albino or albino to prove out his genetics.

If the father is indeed het for albino, 50% of the babies will be het for albino
If the father is not het for albino, 100% of the babies will be normal.
 
Is there any way to be sure that a boa would be Het for albino? I have heard that snakes that are het for albino are generally darker than a normal boa, is this true?
 
Breed him either to another het (100%) or to an albino. If you have any albino babies, then he's definitely a het. If not then he's a normal.

Jeff Ronne claims to have identified a genetic marker for albinism.
According to Jeff, their eyes have a "glow" to them. Of course you will need to have several together to compare.

To be certain, you will need to breed the possible het to a definite het or an albino. The proof is in the babies produced.
 
how do u check which one net and normal? they look almost same to me
