    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

How do you get dragons to be more " manly" looking? :) By that I mean buff looking, Id like to get my new baby to be like that when he gets older but im not sure on how to get him to that point, He is pretty big now but I would like to see him have more muscle.

It mainly depends on Genetics and food consumption, the more food he gets, the bigger he should get. They generally start to bulk up after a couple years of age.

Ok so im off to a pretty good start because he gets crickets twice a day, mealworms ( dusted with calcium powder) greens all day and occasionally a pinkie like twice a month or so...is that a good start so far?

Thanx, I just want to make sure he is taken good care of and others opinion about how I care for my beardies is a positive one, besides getting into this hobby, id rather know that mine are healthy and getting the best care possible. ID RATHER BE SAFE THAN SORRY!

My 4 year old male dragon Le'Chuck used to be scrawny when I picked him up from the pet store (I couldn't help it, he was in bad shape there). After a year and a half of good food and good conditions, he's gone from thin to borderline fat, although I don't know if he's actually fat. He definitely looks 'manly'!

LOL its the same for my fiances red/gold "Scorch" we got him from a little kid who lost interest and the mom ended up taking care of him after that, she didnt know much about how to feed him and ended up selling him to us for $140...when they paid twice that much for him from the breeder they got him from.
