    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Howdy, probably looking into getting some beardies.Im planning on making my own cage out of a sheet of glass from an old sliding door.I plan to seal it to plywood or some type of pvc to make an enclosure.Nehoo, the peice is 72" long..cant remember they meashurements for height but its about 2ft high.I plan on making it about 2-3 feet deep.I know i could house atleast one adutt dragon in it..but what do you think the max number of dragons per that enclosure would be?Thanks a lot.

As far as I've read on here, poeple recommend that you house your beardies seperatly, even the females. You can never keep two males together, they WILL fight. I only have one BD right now, but I also keep Leopard geckos, I have observed that even when females are housed together, there are a lot of problems. Such as fighting, bullying, and an overall small size compared to gekos housed alone. I am assuming it would be the same for BD's. So, in my opinion why not jsut house one BD per cage, and avoid all the problems that may happen. There are other posts on the subject on here, as I am sure you'll want more opinions than just mine. Hope this helped some..

Thanks for your input.And id keep them seperate except for the fact idont have enough space to keep 5 3 feet by 4 ft cages in my house.Theres jsut no space.O well,maybe that sheet will be fed to the garbage man.Thanks anyway.

I have had no problem keeping my dragons together. But I would recommend that you get them as babies and let them grow together. I kept 2 males together for 6 months. No problems at all until I brought home 3 females from the Chicago show. 1 male was actually a month older then the other and still no problems. In 6 months the bigger 1 was 340 grams and the other 250 which is pretty big for that age so it didnt appear that they had a big stress problem. I would recommend though that if you get more then 1 it should be females just cause thats what the experts say. I house my 3 females together which are now 2 months old and have had no problems at all. If you want to house them seperately and dont want to use more floor space then think about making cages that you can stack. I wouldnt use plywood as you suggested you would and I would use Melamine board they sell it at home depot in 8x4 sheets.

I keep my two females togather, no problems as of yet. But then again they were both raised together since they were a few months old (they're around 2 now)

Thanks a lot guys.I just got my first female beardie at the rep show in cheswick, PA yesterday.Im so excited about her.Later on i expect get a few more..ill make sure to stick to your guy's opinions.thanks again.
