    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I only recently found out about these and they're absolutely beautiful...I looked up some info on making the habitats and it seems pretty easy, just wondering how easy it is in practice.

We deal solely with ball pythons at the moment which are very simple to maintain, I'm just wondering how much of a step up I'd be taking with BRBs. I would only be looking at having one male and one female, and possibly babies if we decided to breed, so nothing major. I'm mainly curious if there are common issues with feeding, enclosures, breeding, etc. Any information is very much appreciated.
 
Hi Nick! Brazilians are pretty easy, provided you can meet two needs: moderate temps (they do best at a gradient of 72F to 82F, and anything over 85F can kill them) and high humidity (over 80% for adults, over 90% for babies; anything lower can lead to problems over time). Neither is too hard if your setup is right, but they are both important.
