    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Both accounts were created this morning - using locations in NJ and CA - under the names Chris Hansen and Jons Lynton, respectively. There are several similarities linking these accounts, which I am not posting (why help him make it harder for us).

Both placed ads featured highly desirable species often associated with scams...

- Chrisreptile used a well known, and legitimate name associated with the species, and even used one of that person's images (posted in 2012)
- jonsandsons also used a stolen image (from an ad posted in 4/13), and a name similar to that of the person who had previously advertised them.

Both accounts have been banned, but the ads have not yet been removed. It will be happening soon; but, in the meantime - be advised.
 
was wondering why his/her locations indicated were in USA but shipping was available from.. Germany?
 
what i read was: possible pick up at the Hamm show in December and possible shipping for those who can't make it to Germany.

thus i was thinking ahead that the 'possible' scammer's post was worded to appeal to wider 'possible' victim audience: implying possible international shipping from Germany while at the show, in addition to shipping from his locations of NJ and/or CA.

oh well..
 
Close enough, lol. Either way; both accounts were banned in relatively short order.
