    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I responded to Chris' want ad for radiant heat panels. He needed two, but wasn't able to send full payment right away. I shipped both panels to him, with his promise to send the balance owing by Friday, April 14th.

True to his word, Chris sent payment today, a day sooner than promised. Never having dealt with him, I wouldn't have been too surprised if I didn't receive the funds. I wasn't really worried about it, as it was my decision to send the panels before receiving full payment. (He didn't ask; I offered).

Anyway, payment was received sooner than expected, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.
