    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I currently have 2 female and 1 male cresteds housed together for approx. 3 months. I have not seen the male show any interest in the females but i do not see them at night ~ i know they are active as soon as the lights go off. I think (hope) one or both of my females are gravid. I can not see any obvious white ovals, though at times i think i might. I have been tracking their weight for 3 weeks and this is how it is below. I will be happy to send pics if you think that would help. Just email me at [email protected].
all are 1 year and up
HERE IS THE WEIGHING SCHEDULE ( I included the mail as a sort of medium)
Male 2/22 30g 2/25 31g 3/4 30g 3/13 30g
Female 1 2/22 31g 2/25 32g 3/4 33g 3/13 33g
Female 2 2/22 31g 2/25 33g 3/4 34g 3/13 34g

These are not significant weight changes i wouldn't think ~ but they are little guys so I think i might be wrong.

Let me know what you think please ! I need some expierenced advice

Thank you all!
Desiree

you need a nest box with peat moss, organic potting soil and some sand. make a tunnel type cover, and leave them alone. every day, see if they are digging. if so, when they are NOT in the box, take it out and gently look for eggs. when you find them, if they have not been moved, mark the top with a thin sharpie. if they have rolled, or moved, take them with a flashlight to a dark room, and look for the red/pink fleshy cheerio type thing. that needs to be at the top, so mark the top of the egg, then incubate. good luck.
