Hello all, my name is Mark, and I am in the Wilmington, NC area. It took me a little while but I have acquired all the tools necessary to build these Rat racks and after 3, I am getting pretty good at it.
So, I know there are people who cant or who dont have the tools, or just plain dont want to build these.
So if you are interested in having some built, please let me know. The one pictured, is 6ft tall. 7 tiers. Price on one this size is $250. All made from split 2x4's, no 2x2's(wood is too weak in my opinion). Tubs are included in the price.
Auto water or casters can be done at additional cost.
The tubs can easily hold 1 male and 4 females. They pay for themselves in 6 months of not paying for rodents.
