    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

am getting a dragon this week and wondering somthing. Some places it says if you have a good UVB, which I do(reptisun 10), then get the calcium with no D3 because it will be too much D3 and D3 should only be used if there is no UVB. Then I am reading make sure you get the calcium with D3 no matter what. Then I read give calcium every meal but only D3 every other meal. Can someone please help me so I do not end up overdosing my dragon on D3! Thanks

if you have the bulb in close enough range which i think is 20 in for a reptisun 10 then you shouldn't give him the D3 but if you are using frozen food like many people do thymine is missing from the food peas, beans, etc. The thymine thats is missing is T1 ( believe is the compent that is lost. Never use canned though the preservatives and salt are not good.

im not saying never maybe 1 or 2 times a week, you can also go to a vitman store and make ur own supplment based on what you need

I would suggest purchasing RepCal - both with D3 and without D3.
Use the Calcium Only supplement on your crickets once a day - not every feeding - and substitute the D3/Calcium 2-3 times weekly.
With the ReptiSun 10.0 your dragon should do well with producing enough on its own - but a little 'bump' here and there will not hurt. Also keep in mind that the bulbs do lose output through time and it should be replaced in 6 months.

Good luck.
