    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello everyone !

I was wanting to know if anyone has done any business with
the Sutherland's at www.ballpython.com? I looked at there
web page and the snakes they have look really good. Also I
have sent them e-mails and received replys from them in less
than 24hrs. So far they seem to be a great source to buy
new snakes. But I come to the BOI  to confirm there
business practice.

So let me know the good, the bad and any other experinces
you might want to share.

With Dan and Collette, what you've seen already is what you'll get.  Top notch people with great animals.  Not to mention they always seem available if you need to call.  Unlike so many of us, they've been able to take their snake breeding to a commercial level and don't have to work at jobs where you can't always take a call.

They get a definite thumbs up in my book.

I have purchased several high end ball pythons from the Sutherlands, and will continue to do so.   They sell A+ animals, have excellent customer service and are just great people.   I have been lucky enough to visit their facility in person to pick up some animals.   It was something else.   Very clean, state of the art-I mean STATE OF THE ART, amazing animals and Dan and Collette are BOTH very ball python savvy.   You cannot go wrong with purchasing your animals from a top reptile breeder.   A het will be a het, a ghost WILL look like a ghost and not some normal light colored animal.   Buy with confidence.

One of the good things about the Sutherlands' is how they are always willing to answer your questions. Impeccable business approach.

I have e-mailed them on several occasions about some of their ball pythons and their answers have always been prompt and courteous. As far as I understand they have produced the first (and only) "snow ball" and are also the only ones that have proven the genetics of their "Mojave ball". In spite of that they haven't fall for the "I'm-too-busy-to-answer-your-questions" approach.

I would certainly not hesitate in buying from them in the future. Their "Mojave" ball pythons are particularly stunning.

The Sutherlands are excellent. I ordered two male het albino ball's when the weather was bad, they held the snakes for me until it was safe to ship. Several months later. I have two females coming from them soon to finish out the breeding project. As you have mentioned, they answer questions quickly and are great with customer service. I forgot to mention, the ball's are beautiful. Don't hesitate to do business with them, you can't go wrong. They are a class business in every way. Craig Sweeney
 
The Snake Keepers are the best! I have been shipping and receiving reptiles since 1987 when I started my first reptile Business In all that time I have never seen better shipping and breeding husbandry than theirs .I received a Pastel
male from them a few years back he was born in  June and I got him in October I couldn't Have got him bigger myself!
He bred in March and I produced my first Pastels last June
talk about a great animal he has bred 9 females this year
I have 3 clutches so far ! Dan and Colette only sell their best
and it shows...

Yip - eeeeeeeee ! !  ! !

I followed the advise of you wise herpers and went
ahead and ordered from Dan & Colette Sutherland.
Everything was perfect from order to shipment.

I lost my job last week and they were able to hold
my order for a couple of days until I got myself
situated. I offered to pay for any extra cost for
the space and food, and they told me don't worry
about it and e-mail them when I was ready to receive
shipment....

Anyway I just wanted to post this where everyone
can see what a great job they're doing.

Dan & Colette if you're reading this I know I said
thanks a hundred times already, but I can't help it.
