    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This thread has been set up solely for the continuance of the argument between Dave Lawson and Neil Gubitz.  I am strongly suggesting that ANYTHING concerning the conflict between these two be placed here and only here, rather than having it spill over into every other blasted thread on this board.

Any excessive use of descriptive language by either party describing the other will result in their posting privilege being suspended.  If neither can restrain themselves to posting ONLY in this particular thread, then to preserve my own sanity, I will suspend the posting rights of both parties.

If this devolves into nothing more than a vindictive pissing duel between both parties, then the thread will be closed, both will be blocked from posting, and that will be that.  This board is not your (Dave and Neil) personal arena for the public display you both are putting on.  If one feels the other is a bad guy, post facts supporting that claim and be prepared to defend them.
 
I think a record may be set here for views if nothing else. Would anyone be up for a celebrity boxing match between these two in Daytona?

Just like their past & present pissing matches, I wouldn't be especially interested.

Neil & Dave have each done more to damage their own respective reputations than they have each others. At this point in time, I don't care who broke into who's store. I don't care who's criminal record is longer. I don't care who's "coaching" someone who posts about the other person. Nor do I give a damn which one of them can beat his chest louder. All that I'd like is for these two to give it a rest and stop beating the same dead horse day after day after day.

I have not been trying to sell a albino burm or boa all over town.I breed burms and boas ,why would I sell albinos?That is just somemore of Neil's trash talk.But Neil was advertising several large burms for sale on kingsnake and he had the ads removed.I would like for Neil to tell us why he did that,To me that is fishy.I have paperwork on every animal I have and have sold.Neil when are you going to tell the name of the third party that concurred Ron's story or are you back to only answering the easy questions?

I sell on KS all the time.  I can add and a delete ads at my discretion because thats how it is set up.  Is it not possible that he sold them and just took the ads down?  I do it all the time.  keeps me from getting a ton of emails asking about them after they have been sold.

Now, I'm not speaking for anyone but my own curiosity, but are you implying something about them or are you just fishing for dirt?  Do you know something we dont about them?

I'm just trying to dig out the truth.

I can not beleive that the webslave had to set up a thread just for you two. In my eyes you two both have ruined your reputations with your threads. You two should keep your high school bickering to yourselfs.

I have done buisness with Neil, and would have a hard time doing so again after reading all of his post. Neil you are almost up to 800 post, give Rich a break!

I can not beleive Rich has put up with you two this long!

I myself, have never done business with either Dave Lawson, nor Neil Gubitz, but with all that I have seen, I`m inclined to avoid any breeder/dealer from the Tampa area.  It`s quite a shame when two individuals petty bickering gets so elevated that it effects one`s judgement on the general populace of a City`s reptile brokers.  Tis a sad, sad state of affairs evidently.  Just my humble opinion.
 
I was only pointing out the fact that Neil posted animals for sale that fit animals that were reported as stolen.It was Neil who was impling that I was selling the snake in question all over town.You are right you can remove your own post but Neil has never did it before (that I know of) he normally just post that it was sold,plus the fact that he removed it as the heat starts.

Good idea putting all this mess on one thread!  Not only does it keep cross contamination to other threads at a minmum, but it also shows how ridiculous all this sniping back and forth at each other really is.  Kind of like when you segregate a sickly animal; you look in awe and disgust at how terrible the disease can effect an otherwise healthy specimen and at the same time give thanks that only one is affected!

I have always thought good of the snake pit until today. I called today looking for a large quantity of red ear sliders. The lady (jewel? not sure on the name) was just the RUDEST person ive ever talked to in this industry, adn that says a lot about her. I was accually trying to talk to neil, but couldnt reach him due to this lady. She seem not to beleive what i was after, not a good way to treat a potentially large customer.

Anyone else want to offer me 100,000-200,000 red ear sliders? Or want to tell me of someone farming them?

I must retract my statements about neil's company. Neil just called me and is helping me find what i need. Jewel thought i was a prack caller, i guess they have been having that problem (guess it does sound funny when a gecko person is trying to find turtes?).

I must say for someone who is discuted with the whole Neil/Dave thing you sure do post alot about it. Every time anything is said your right there posting about in some fashion. If your tired of it, then leave it be and do not post any more about the subject.

I can understand someone get tired of it no problem. AS I have gotten tired of some of it myself. But it seems like Darin posts things (not all of them) to goat a response from Neil or Dave.

That is rediculous. Now if you want to feel sick for animals passing through someones hands there are a few candidates on other threads that would go perfectly for.

Excuse me fellas, but I put up this thread for Neil and Dave to use as their public arena.  I did not intend this to be the spot where everyone else can talk about them.

If they wish to continue their discussions together, this is the place to do it, and everyone is welcome to chime in as they see fit along with that discussion.  But if they choose to let it drop, then I would like everyone else to do the same here.
