    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I been looking at a lot of display tanks for BP's, and a few of them have ponds, with water falls. I believe the really nice one was a 55gallon aquarium. I think it's beautiful but I would worry about bacteria in water (due to poop, etc) and RI from to much moisture. What do you think? I will be back with the video link.

I wouldnt call it "amazing". The tank looks fine but im sure its a pain to keep clean. And good luck having just one BP ;o]

I recently ran across a book on Amazon called The Art of Keeping Snakes (at least I think that's the correct title) that was all about creating a natural terrarium environment for a given species. I didn't buy the book, too much work for me. The concept reminds me of the beautifully planted aquariums I've seen, but never had the ambition to spend all the time, money, and trouble to set up and maintain. I also noticed the guy in the video said he doesn't use the 55 for a snake now...
Any water in a snake's enclosure should be changed regularly and often. High humidity would probably be less of a problem, I use tubs or bowls of wet sphagnum moss to raise the humidity in my tanks. The ceramic heat bulbs bake it right out.

LOL I plan on getting a couple BP's. I used to own Boas so I know how addicting snakes can be. I am interested in a nice display tank for my step daughter, she is partial to BEL's, so after my collection is established I was thinking about getting her one.
