The Boogeyman!
Ok so its been a LONG time since i've owned any boa's. Well just recently someone that i sold one of my last boa's told me that i could have him back. Including his current cage and all. I went and picked him up, his name is Anubis. He's 3 years old and looks like a healthy yearling IF that. Me and a few friends had questioned the posisbility of him being a dwarf. It's either that or the people who had him before didnt feed him that well. I just dont think he could have been mistreaten or underfed and still be as beautiful and healthy looking as he is today. He was born 3/16/03, I purchased him from Darin Gray along with a clutch mate whom is residing somewhere else now.
Also, we where at the snake show here the other day (All Maryland Reptile Show) and picked up a very gorgeous 7' 4" male for 70 dollars. He's very light colored, beautiful tail. He does have a few scar's that look like they where chew marks but they are small and dont look like they got past the fatty tissue just under the skin and scales. He's a super calm boy too, and ate on day 3 (which was weekly feeding day) we only had large rats so thats what he got. Plan on switching him to small - medium rabbits here shortly, probably next month.
Also, im in the middle of a deal where im trading for a 3 yr old male salmon and a 3 yr old normal female BCI. So im jumping in quickly, and plan on getting into more and more morphs as the money permits. Im used to large boids (Burms, Tic's and Boa's) so its not the large snake factor that i'd say would make me the newb, just boa's again. It's been soooooo loooong.
Glad to be here, and plan on staying SO MAKE ROOM PEOPLE!!
