Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

No i get you and your right i should have worded it a different way. I will stick up for him in good times or bad is perhaps the better way to have worded it not if he is right or wrong. I do understand what your saying. All i know right now is that i don't know who is giving the right side of the story and my experience shows that they both are probably telling the truth from their point of view which means neither are getting everything quite right. As i said though i talked to him last night and whether he is right or wrong for 25.00 dollars i told him to just pay it and go on about his business. Now whether he will do that or not i don't know and there is nothing more i can do about it. Right now i am going to continue to stand up for him as it what i believe i should do with the stories i have as i have no proof from either and in that case family comes first. Ryan, no your not missing anything. I have begged him the last day and half to do that i Lord knows i am getting tiered of doing it :). I don't know if he will or not, he doesn't have an account and though it takes 10 minuted to set one up so far he hasn't. thanks

Regarding the e-mails... (<--- yes, I'm a chronic ellipses user as well)

If you're THAT suspicious about e-mails being altered to bolster a false story, they can always be shown as screen shots of the original e-mails, rather than fwd'd or copied text.

I know a few people that I would not trust to fwd an unaltered e-mail, even if I don't know how they would go about accomplishing it. But such people have worked hard to earn that degree of mistrust by constantly proving themselves to be liars and cheats. I wouldn't assume a random person making very specific accusations would go to so much trouble to deceive...especially as it seems they gain nothing from the experience either way.

To flat out refuse to accept ANY evidence on the grounds that it MIGHT be bogus is a red flag that you expect the evidence to be valid and not favorable to your own case. I'm not saying that is the case without a doubt....but it's definitely an indicator of such a possibility.
 
Yes James,you are right to stick up for him while there is no proof.I would too.
I would just hope if he was wrong you wouldn't back him up at that point.Brother or not.
I hope it all works out for whoever is telling the truth.

Judy, your right if a screen shot was taken that would be hard to disprove or reject on my part nor to be honest would i try. All i have said is that i am not just going to take an e-mail for gospel truth. I would not say that any e-mail is bogus not by a long shot its just in this case when things between them are so heated i would look at anything with suspicion unless it's a invoice like paypal then i would believe it 100%. Hope that makes a little sense. thanks

Thanks Rich, i will not stick up for him if it can be shown he is lying beyond a shadow of a doubt as i just couldn't justify that. Right now i don't have that so i am going to stand by him. thanks again Rich

Well, when it comes right down to it - whether they are separate people, or not - this thread is about James, and the person that made the posts about Brian Lee was lumping everything under James' name. If they are separate people, and James wasn't involved in this one, then Nicole's story needs to be made into a new thread. Until that is clarified, however, I guess it is stuck here...and since it is about James, he has every reason to respond.
 
How bout you agree to meet me James and you can read the texts and emails yourself, in their original context? You can also see the pics, which he stole from venomland forums, and represented as his snakes. Also I could then see proof that you are in fact two separate people. Brian has refused yo pay an blocked my number & email address. Some "brother"
 
I hear yah Harald and i will try again to get him to setup and account so he can tell his side and keep me from getting carpal-tunnel :). All i can do is go by what he has told me and is it 100% factual ....i doubt it but it may be from his point of view just as Nicole's is from her's. The real truth is more then likely somewhere in the middle of them both is what i would guess. thanks again

Nicole you need to deal with him. I have gotten in this more then i want now. If you want to go further then you need to do it with him.

Here's the thing, James....the excuse of "Oh, my brother did it, not me" has been used SO many times it's not even funny. If another account pops up with the name "Brian", how would anyone know it's not you? It's a far more likely a scenario than Nicole fabricating e-mails to back up lies that would have made no sense for her to make up in the first place.

While I can understand you not wanting to get drug into your brother's messes, you DO need to work with Nicole if you want to salvage your credibility. I wouldn't say you have ANY obligation to repay her any funds your brother owes or anything else of that nature....but the accusation has been made that you and your brother are, in fact, the same person. And that, I believe, should be settled. You being willing to work with Nicole even just a small amount to prove you're actually a different person than your brother is important.
 
Well i tell yah Judy that makes sense but there is no guarantee there. I show up she comes on and says "well he came but how do i know it was not just a friend" There are so many ways this kind of crap can go and your also right that it has been used many times. What i would be willing to do is perhaps in a couple weeks after everyone has calmed down a little i might and i say MIGHT be willing to meet her if it's still not settled but that is as far as i am willing to go here. People are going to think what they want and i can't changed that whether i meet her, my brother meets her or the whole 8 members of the family meet her. So as i said i have gone as far as i am prepared to go. The people that want to work with me are going to continue to do so and the people that don't won't its just not that big of deal. I know who i am, i know who he is, i have no idea who Nicole is nor do i really care to. So we will just see what happens. I have spent way more hours on here and have given every bit of data i have on this topic so from now on at least when it comes to this i will not respond further. People can and will think what they want but that's just going to be the way it is. There is nothing more i can add and no other question i can answer she needs to deal with him not me. She is going to believe what she wants and there is nothing i can do to change it so i am done trying. Thanks to everyone that gave their advice its appreciated but on this subject i'm done. thanks to all

Honestly, forwarded e-mails can be changed. my brother's ex girlfiend tid that to me when she was trying to make my own brother mad at me. Basically she hit the forward button in the e-mail and erased part of my true message and typed in what she wanted to. I don't know if you can do that with all e-mail accounts but with yahoo etc you can.

Just curious here since this comment really stuck out. How do you know the fake addresses are the same when neither was posted here? what is your relationship with the OP?

i found this post by doing a google search for the phone number that brian lee had given me, and used to contact me. idid not realize who had posted it until i registered for fauna, then i saw it was bryan. i had met bryan through viiper (im guessing you know about viiper, being local?). we have done some trades and become friends. i gave him a call before posting here. bryan told me the address he was given - it was the same address that brian lee texted to me.. from the same phone james earl spoke to bryan on. and yes, i am in suffolk.
james, i cant deny a picture id. meet me, show me an id, and ill recant. this is all just a very strange scenario.furthermore,you say i need to contact your brother. well, he is doing everything in his power to avoid me. i need his address, james. my lawyer will find it useful. and if you think this is all over $25, look at the bigger picture. at least tow other people and i have been screwed it. we wasted time and money for some worthless fraud. this is about giving other people a heads up so they dont have to deal with the same bull. but, yes, brian needs to settle his debt with me. and he admits to you that he owes me.
also, quick correction to my first post - i posted all the dates as august when they should have been sept. sorry about that.
i am waiting on venomdoc from shhs to contact me regarding the address he was given. i am curious to know if it was the same, and at what date he went out there.
lastly, part of my job requires me to catch people commiting fraud. there are ways to tell if text has been doctored. but, ill talk to my lawyer about it. im sure she'll tell me its allowed in court.
