Found this in an ad earlier....
From what I remember from researching boa breeding a few years back, the female should be at least 6 ft, and a healthy weight, and it's preferred that she's bigger.

I also have a pair of redtails that have been seen copulating in the past week.The female is about 3-3 1/2 feet and is just awesome.She is from an unknown locale and looks like a pastel she has beautiful peach/pink/salmon colors and a nice looking tail. The male is also of unknown locale and hes has a nice circleback pattern and has nice dark colors.He is about 4 feet and is just as impressive as the female.They are both feeding weekly on small rats and if successfully breed will be sure to produce some beautys.
