    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

what is the best dry food or live food? because i have alot of both because i know somebody who is a teacher that gave me alot of dry food i mean alot a lifetime suply but i can only get my beadeys to eat like one little pebble but i think that is becasue they are only 7 months old. if the best is live food what is the best to feed them i do put repcal on them though. :eatsmiley

The dry food should be soaked in water to soften it up before feeding. I like to give it to my Beardies as a change of pace along with their fresh greens. It sometimes takes them a bit to get used to eating it, but once they get started on it most of mine really like it.

They of course get crickets and/or superworms (depending on their size and age as to what bugs they get) dusted with calcium powder daily as well.

Repcal juvie pellet is the only one I've ever used and after researching I've found it has the best balance. While it is formulated to be a complete food source I only recomend using it as a filler food. With juvies and adults I keep a dish of dry in their cage at all times, with babies I soak it in pedialite first and add it to their salad. I still highly recomend bugs and salad in addition to it. The top 3 staple feeder bugs are roaches, silkworms and crickets. Supers and waxies can also be used for the occasional treat.

ok thanks for the tips they are realy needed
if you have any advice please tell me

I use repcal as a dry food source soaked in pedialite or I have even soaked them in OJ.

For live I feed crix, mealies, supers, pinkies, roaches pretty soon and sometimes waxies.

do you feed them live pinkys and how old do they have to be to eat them?

I do feed them live pinkies that I get from a CLEAN source.

I only feed the pinkies to my adult dragons. A smaller dragon would have a hard time breaking down the pink and passing it.
