In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I breed dwarf rats. I have both standard and dumb eared and standard coat and velveteen coat.

I have babies available from time to time.

Cost for pet is $40, breeder $90. Contract required.

Shipping available. Cost is usually around $100 ($75 plus taxes, fees, crate, etc) for crates 9lbs or less.

Rats do best in pairs. Same sex pairs are discounted for pet homes.

I have one right now but I think it's just due to mom munching tail when it was a baby.

I am not breeding for manx (tail-less) rats. I am breeding for long haired (harley) and dwarf as of right now. Manx is very hard to get. You can breed a manx rat over and over and never get any tailless rats.

I'm breeding for Tailless mice though

Would you happen to have any Dumbo eared Dwarf Harley females then? I would want them as breeders. I am a rat breeder in southern New Jersey, all are registered through N.A.R.R. (North American Rat Registry). Are yours registered- if so through who? And do you work with any high white genes that may be at risk for Mega Colon? Thank you for the quick reply!

Thank you,
Ashley

I do not have the combination of harley dumbo dwarf yet. Right now, I have a few dwarf boys available, no harley available.

My goal is to produce ivory harley dumbo dwarf (in satin and non satin). My Harley line carries satin.

I work with ivory but no, I don't work with any high white genes that produce mega colon.

And no, my rats are not registered. I think I'm one of the only people working with these genes in NYS.

I've had some great breeders tell me that registering is a waste of time, and I've found that to be pretty true.

If you'd like, I can message you when I have rats that you'd be interested in.
