I had a friend watching a couple clutches for me while I was away. Well he made a mistake and slit the wrong clutch, so the clutch was slit 10 days early. The snakes appear to be fine and i'm quite happy with the results. 1 cinnabee, 1 possible cinnabee or spider, and two who could be lemonblasts or pinstripes. The final egg is just a visable belly so no clue there. This clutch will be 50% poss het for pied. My issue is the inside of the eggs posibly drying out. I've heard of people adding water to the insides of the eggs if they dry out before the babies attempt to leave the eggs. Anyone ever done this? Distilled water? Any info would be great. What's done is done and can't be undone. I want this clutch to come through. They will make some nice holdbacks for future projects. Thanks.
