In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My beardie just lay-ed her second clutch tonight.

The first clucth was on the 12/9 and the second on 28/9. First clutch 35 eggs and on the second clutch i got 38 eggs including 1 slug. Hope she is done.

After these two clutches i can see why they need to be in top condition before breeding. She has lost a lot of weight, but she should be back in top condition in no time!

This is the first time breeding for her, and she is just over a year and a half old!

Now to hatch all the babies and to feed them, FUN!!!

Will keep you all updated!

Paul

Oh my goodness, what are you going to do with 73 babies?! lol, I almost feel the need to "warn" anyone hatching eggs that it's tough, and we only totaled 28 babies! Have you dealt with baby beardies before?

That is an awesome yield at a year and a half, but youre going to be in for a rough time when they all hatch :bolt01: Hope you have plenty of free time. And congrats on the eggs!

It will be a busy time for sure, but will have to cope.

Can't wait for them to hatch. Will keep everyone updated.

thanks

she must be

a big girl. How long is she? What was her weight? Our largest clutch was 32 eggs last year from a very long GGiant cross. She laid well over 100 last yr.
I hope you have good cricket supplier over there, they eat lots of bugs. Good luck.

WOW!!!!

I just got my very first clutch of Beardie eggs, and I was excited over getting 16 beautiful eggs!!! Congratulations....and good luck with all those babies!!! ;)

She is a big girl. Before she started laying she was well over 600 grams.

She looks like she is recovering already!

Just a quick update.

Clutch number 3 was lay-ed on Saturday evening. A whopping 39 eggs. I really hope that she is done. With the first clutch hatching in the next three weeks i am nearly ready for the babies. Just need to put the finishing touches onto the bay bins and then I am set.

WTG!!!

I hope only the best for you and ALL those babies. The cricket suppliers are going to love you!!! :hehe:

Wow that is allot of eggs, are the all from just one breeding? Mike is right, The cricket man is going to love you. The cricket man is into me for about 4000 bugs a week. We are feeding over 60 babies right now, they go through about 2000 1/4" a week.

Yes, I had them paired up for a week only, This has produced 111 eggs, about 6 are not fertile or went bad, the rest are looking good! I am starting to breed crickets at the moment. Hope it helps.
