    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

We are waiting on our second clutch of beardies to hatch. They will be incubating for three month exactly on the 14th of this month. I'm wondering, how long should we wait on these eggs? I have candled them to see if there was even anything in them and there was... I'm just wondering, while incubating I'm assuming stuff can happen that may end up in a baby dying prior to hatching... so how long should my hubby and I wait on these guys and what do we do if say, by the end of the month or so they still haven't hatched?
Thanks!

:erm:

Our Eggs

If it makes you feel any better, I just had 2 clutches hatch out at 94-98 days, the second at 95-97 days. All thirty babies from both clutches are doing wonderfully. They are about 3 weeks old, eat everything in site and are growing like weeds!!!

Hopefully, that will help you feel a little better. ;)

Wow, I've read they can go to 90 days... that's a bit of a relief... ALTHOUGH the thought of 11 more babies is a bit more than I'd like to think of right now! :)
Our first clutch is the same, complete pigs! Even on their salad... But they're cute so it's not too bad.

Completely Understood!

I'm kindof starting to dread this...I've got the thirty babies (from 2 different Moms), 48 in the incubator from another Mom, and just felt this morning that another of my girls is gravid. Looks like I'll be taking out a loan for crickets!!! Oh, let's not forget the baby bins too!

But you know looking at those tiny little faces every day just makes me smile. They are so sweet and so HUNGRY all the time! And you gotta love how it takes two hands to put something down that weighs a whopping 10 grams!

You know now you're going to have to send me some pics of the babies! And please let us know when they start hatching so we can all give a collective sigh of relief for you!
