    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hey,
I have a pregnant girl, and I didnt think she would get pregnant. The male climbed over the divider and mated with her. So i am not sure when she was bred. I can see and feel alot of little lumps. I know gestation takes 4 or so weeks according to my care book. When do eggs become visable? I have been watching her dig like crazy and put a box of laying media in her cagfe which she has been using but still no eggs? When can i expect her to lay? I want to be ready this time. My first clutch failed because i didnt know she layed them and they all dried out. So hopfully round two! Any help?

give her a lay box out side of her cage with some good organic top soil...cover the top halfway an give her a little heat...she wont lay unless she feels comfortable...i usually fill it up with at least 12 inches of soil and start the hole for my girls...seems to be working well for me.

I agree with yourbeat.

Get her out of the cage and into a more private lay box.
I use a shallow sterilite underbed box container for my lay bin with a bag of vermiculite mixed half and half with water. Leave her in there for only 2 days at a time and if she hasn't layed by the 2nd day taker her out and soak her, feed her, and then beck in the box.
I really hope this helps! Its worked for me!

I agree and use a seperate egg laying bin I use a 40 gallon tub from walmart with about 80 pounds of sand in it that i have a heat pad under with a heat lamp on top i make sure the sand is moist to were you can grab it and squeeze and it wont have water dripping and it holds its shape thats the only setup ive used though and i got that idea from someone here on fauna it has worked good so far though cuz ive had one girl lay two clutches with a total of 49 eggs in it and another girl layed a clutch of 27 im still new to the breeding beardies but with the help of people on here its going good so far

Thanks Guys, I put a bin in the cage and she finished laying today!

That's awesome! How many eggs did she give you? I received my first clutch of 28 eggs 5 weekends ago. Nothing like that first clutch!!!

@ Mile high dragons-
She laid out side, actually behind the box haha. She laid them covered them with alittle dirt that she flung out of the box. I removed them she ate all is well!
