• Responding to email notices you receive.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What I was stating was a complete turn around from what was previously stated. Hence the 360.

If it was a complete turn around, as you stated, then she would have been right back to where she started, so how would anything have changed?

I'm telling you Sam, those of us lesser intelligent folk just can't keep up with her....can we? :)

There was nothing wrong with the way they were shipped.

I will not use a larger box when it is not needed. That would make my customer pay more for shipping when it is not necessary.

But thanks for the suggestion.

You told the customer that a cold pack would be included. Your own TOS states that a cold pack will be provided. The temps were indeed above 90 degrees....temps which you must acknowlege can involve risk to the animals well being, since you don't even guarantee live arrival at those temps. Your reasoning behind not using a larger box is because there would not have been enough room for a cold pack in the smaller box....therefore, either you are OK with lying to your customer, risking the animals health, and breaking your own TOS.......or a bigger box WAS needed.

The vast majority of reptile buyers are more than willing to pay a few extra dollars to ensure their animal's safety.....if they aren't willing to pay a few extra dollars for a larger shipping box so that the promised cold pack can be provided, I wouldn't sell them an animal to begin with. Saving a few bucks just isn't worth the possibility of causing a live animal to suffer.

Perhaps if we get out our Crayolas and draw a picture? :shrug01:

I no, I no.... until it comes time to pay up.

Go back and read the email exchange. I'm not intelligent enough to know how to quote...Sorry. They didn't teach that in my college either. Gees, and to think I paid all that money for an education. WTF!!

But did you not say this in the other thread you started?

One reason I can offer $38.50 shipping to anyone on any size or weight box. I do this for retail sales only and my wholesale customers pay my discounted rate.

Great point, Tim. If a flat rate is offered for ANY size box........why would it cost more to ship a larger, more appropriate sized box?

You no (sic)? It seems they weren't all that big on English Composition at that college of yours. You may want to check their TOS and see if you can get a partial refund on that education. :shrug01:

Yes, I charge my retail customers $38.50 for shipping. Because I can.

She did not order these animals off of my website, or RA, or kingsnake.com she called and placed the order over the phone. Oh, she didn't tell you that. I included the shipping as per one of my ads.

I don't see what the problem is. I offered her a refund. I offered to have the shipped back at my expense. She refused. Two months ago!

As for misrepresenting ~ I'm still waiting for the extact dollar amount spent on Bell animals this year from their close friend who stated "these are not bell blazings".

I'll look for the invoice ...

They didn't teach a lot at college.

See....the problem is........you said you wouldn't use a bigger box because it would cost your customer more. But you had already stated elsewhere that you can ship any size box for the same price.

That would be a 180.

I have no idea what the purpose of posting the invoice, with all of the information blacked out was....?

And are you saying that because Kelli hasn't given you a dollar amount she's spent on purchasing animals from Mark and Kim, that her verification that the animals are indeed not Bell Blazing blizzards is questionable? Kelli is one of the most highly respected Leo breeders there are, and she knows what she is talking about.

Evidently I got my money's worth so allow me to help you. You use the "Quote" button as illustrated below.

What info did you need besides the date and the animal/animals in question.

I used the size box that was appropriate for the animals being shipped to get them to their destination alive and not frozen to death. The question here was not about my shipping, which is what your making it out to be, it is about the refund/replacement of an animal/animals.

Now, if you like to order off of my retail website and pay a higher price for the animals and receive shipping for $38.50 in a box that fits the animals and will get them to you alive, then please do. You will then see how I do business.

The 360 has already been addressed, and whatever! I prefer markers...they last longer!

Found the invoice ~

But it doesn't say "Bell Albino Blazing blizzards", what you received and sold were in reality Tremper Albino Blazing Blizzards PRODUCED by the Bells.

If they were "Bell Albino / Bell Line Blazing Blizzards" then they would be a combination of the Bell Albino and Blizzard...ie: tremper blazing blizzard, rainwater/las vegas blazing blizzard, bell blazing blizzard.......and now you know.
