    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It has brought to my attention that there has been harassment in fauna, mostly verbal.

It is to be understood that NO Person is to be harassed nor made fun of for their current status such as being new, low balling, or unaware of genral information. Lead by examble. And that example is to remain professional and righteous.

This is a family site with a very very small comunity. 75k strong.
Im am very sorry to post this ad in the ball puthon section, but this to me is the most active classifieds.

Rich has many personal problems that he deals with in his personal life.
So i will not bring every minor detail that occurs to him.(( rich is the owner/founder of fauna bty))

The point is that circumstances do accure that make gray areas.
But not one single person should break their charater in any way or form over a personal issue that they might have.

Fauna is a place to be equal.

Im not going to lie and say that this post isnt out of a personal problem, but i will mention that i did not mention that problem in detail.

Out of the 75 thousand people on here, there is only 6 people to watch out for the well being of the site personal persona.

that means that the other 74,994 people on here should practice leadership in the hopes that the site will last beyond the creators.

i dont see the site's unity like i did before. Not because of any issues twards me, or even my friends, but just in a general veiw.

For lol, think not what this site ows you, think what you owe this site, (( for all those who make their living on fauna)).

Since most people won't know what is going on:

The above poster is speaking about, or for, davidsimon6, who has been banned from this site. Frankly, since there is evidence to clearly show that David has utilized the kaivon account, I consider this to be more than just a friend arguing for a friend.....I believe it is quite likely David himself. Enjoy the read....I'm sure it will get better.

Interesting though, that some of the comments in the above post refer directly to things said to David by members of the moderation team (and apparently, during phone conversations with Rich).
 
Ive clearly mention the i wasn't going to diclose the refrence. and i the refrence was bout 10 percent of the subject. Mr moore, its just seems to me that there is only wrongfullness in your eyes, even clearly after ive made a fair point in the Pms with you.

Your telling me that there is nothing at all in relationship between my philosophy and your in my post here?

i think there is a little bit more unity then you think.

But if you must conflict evert single thing i debate or state,
then ill defend my self the best i can sir.
 
its also cleared that i also took the mod clays side in my post (( seeing how i have to expose the details)) I siad lack of general knowlege and low-balling, as clay did.
what was it 125 for a female 2007 sunglow RTB. A mod bty, witch contributed to the banment of contributing member david simon, and no sir .

I just don't get it. I mean I love this site and some other sites I frequent but if I were to receive a ban, I would either wait till ban was over or say the hell with it and never come back. Why get so worked up over such minor things? This is a great site but nothing on the net is worth getting pissed and bothered. Not life or death here. And every site has a mod or 2 that think what they do is the worlds most important task ( not meaning any mod here) and you just need to grin and say ok.
 
I have been coming here for YEARS.. there are MANY different personalities.. they will clash at times.. just as it would in person.. it's life.. it happens..

but.. when a TROLL is thrown into the mix.. people will get nasty.. and rightfully so..

now, if a new comer were to come in and see this and not know about the trolling.. I can see how it might look bad.. But from what I gather.. that is not the case here..

Bans here are deserved.. I have rarely seen one handed out without plenty warning, and plenty good reasoning.. So.. what is the other side of this story??
 
Clay has taken NO disciplinary action against David.
David was already having a temper tantrum when Clay became involved - I'm not claiming that Clay didn't taunt David....but he wasn't in chat as a moderator. Being moderators does not exempt us from being people; nor does it prevent us from expressing our opinions. Had Clay continued to antagonize David, then applied infractions, then you could implicate him as a moderator...as it is, Clay was just another person in chat.

Your points are skewed by David's perceptions - if this is actually not David (the two of you share an incredibly similar style) - and you are fighting a losing battle.
David's first ban was related to a combination of things - profanity, antagonism toward a moderator (me - and that was before the chat situation even started), disruptive posting. He violated that ban by posting from your account - which both of you were informed was grounds for an immediate, and permanent ban. He also responded to a PM I sent to you...and did so from your account. Since he clearly had easy access to your account, and took advantage of it, I would have banned you both when I finally pulled the trigger on David (I was not ultimately the one that did that, though).
David's second ban was also due to a combination of factors including some things he said to me via PM, his juvenile attacks in chat (Xrated "your mother....." cracks) which were well after the sunglow fiasco, and the fact that he violated the first ban.
I again made it clear to David that using another account to violate that ban would be grounds for an immediate permanent ban....and he created another account in attempt to access this site. At that point, I emailed you, informing you that his antics were putting your account in jeopardy - figuring that you might prefer to involve yourself rather than get banned for his actions. I also believe that he made at least one other account that didn't make it through the registration process, but it did give temporary access to chat. (Very temporary, as I removed it within minutes).

I can understand defending family - BUT you are fighting a losing battle. David EARNED his bans, wholly separate from the situation on which you both seem fixated. He is done here, and that ban will not be reversed.....so please stop sending me private messages.
 
Kaivon try arguying with a mod on ks and see how far that will get ya.

Rich has been more than patient with antagonist's. memebers that have posted agaisnt a bad guy on the BOI have received death threats.

And to be quite honest, I'm sick to death of all of the whinny "someone gave me negative karma" "this forum is unfair" waa waaa waaaaaa nonsense! the moderators here have become adult baby sitters.

Put on you big boy pants and deal with it. If you're new, read and learn.

Keep it kind fellas... and yes there is certain bans that should be consider lifted depending on the person abilty to correct themselfs and make progressive contributaions.
Im sure someone doesn't persist on his ban being lifted just to come back and maby get away with about 5 seconds of trouble.(( because we all know that if he did return, he would be watch like a snake on prey.))

whats really seems to be going is maby a mod is taking it personal, ive spoke to most of them, even rich, and they all don't want to step on the next mod's toes, even though some of the replys in the PMs and emails seem to hint that they might consider letting david return.

Since the only one of the two I have personally spoken to or exchanged emails with is David Simon, there is no doubt in my mind who is really using this account.

David, don't call me again. Ever. We have nothing to discuss. The moderators have decided to keep your permanent ban in place, and with this further evidence HERE of how you continue to flaunt the rules of this site to try to get your way, I concur COMPLETELY with that decision. I personally do not want you on this site. There are lots of other sites out there for you, even one or two that seem to delight in taking in people who were banned from here, so please go there instead. They will probably treat you like some sort of war hero, so that will fit right in with your retired marine military background.

And I guess "Habib" has you to thank for getting this account banned as well, as you are obviously and blatantly using it to bypass your ban.

This guy (or perhaps guys, not quite sure), is apparently fixated on what transpired in the chat room.
For the record, sure I teased him, as I have done to the majority of people in the chat room at some point or another. Everyone normally knows it's all in good fun. He just took a sarcastic reply as being serious and got incensed.
He asked what the sunglow was worth, I replied with a ridiculously low amount. When he got irate almost immediately I probably should have let it go, but I couldn't resist pushing that button lol.

He got mad, called me some names, everyone laughed, and we forgot about it. He's convinced that that was some part of a personal vendetta against him or something and contributed to his being banned.
It had nothing at all to do with it. We were just having some fun with him, but he evidentally thinks that since I'm a moderator on the forums that I shouldn't participate in such ribbing.

At any rate, nothing he said or did in the chat room in response to my poking him had anything at all to do with his status on the site, then or now.

It's a good thing Im not a moderator... that's what I do for work. Just an adult baby sitter. It's sad really that adults cant act like adults.
