    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Aside from this problem I must say FedEx has been awesome.

They have been putting an $8 additional handing charge on boxes when i strap them together. I dont see what the difference is weather i send
1- 10"x10"x20" or 2-10"x10"x10" strapped securely together.

Problem is its only when it goes through their dallas hub. When my boxes go to their other Hubs Memphis and the other one have no problems.

After looking around on the website i found the following. RULE 8
8) is bound with metal, plastic or cloth banding (including packages where the outer surface area is loosely wrapped or creased, or where the contents protrude outside the surface area)

I have my rep looking into this. Has anyone else been hit with these extra charges.

The difference, in the stated example, is that 2 - 10x10x20 boxes strapped together is twice as big as 1 - 10x10x20 box....but I'm guessing that you know that, and just made a mistake, lol.

I don't think I have strapped boxes together, except with Delta, so I haven't experienced those extra charges with FedEx. I'd be interested in hearing your rep's explanation, though.
