This is the first time I have had him outdoors since rescuing him this fall. When I got him, he had a big hole in his shell and his face and most of his toes had rotted off from being kept in dirty potting soil for years. He spent 3 months not eating, and then, the day I was going to have him euthanized, he took a super worm, and hasn't looked back since.
