Introducing the hatchmate...
This little one hatched this evening (48 hrs after it's hatchmate). I actually had the blessed opportunity to hatch it in my hand. It had been in the same position (head out of the egg) for 2 hours. I pried back the egg a little to free a caught leg and wham.. it jumped out like a flash of lightning and scurried across the way. I am floored at how active they are straight out of the egg - amazing.
Anywho.. I'll snap some more pics later. Both are already showing nice yellow coloration in their hind legs. I'm sure they'll be stunner's like their parents.
I am such a happy mom! I love my leo's infinitely, but I've never been so excited as I was with these 2 cresties. They are just TOO BLOODY ADORABLE!
