Jill?????
OK, I was wondering if anyone elses geckos do this
Nuri shows a preference when he eats lobster roaches, he refuses to eat them unless they are white and soft from being freshly shed. I've even tried not feeding him for a few days to get him to eat a regular lobster, but he'll hold out for the freshly shed ones. He's even gone as far as to spit out the ones that are hard shelled. He doesn't like waxies shockingly enough, he just runs from crickets and he won't eat mealies either. He also WILL NOT eat anything that's been dusted. I keep 2 tubs in his house, one with calcium without D3 and on with Herptivite and calcium with D3 and I see him more than once a week go to both and lick it up. But even if it's a white roach, if it's dusted he won't take it. He takes it seperate. I wonder if there's a different flavor to the freshly shed roaches that he prefers.....but I'm not about to check
Anyone ever see this before?????
