In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'am currently looking for a new supplier of frozen rodents. There is a catch though, I'm looking for someone who sells hairless mice. I have a 5 foot amel corn who will NOT eat anything with hair on it. I have tried feeding him just large mice many, many times, all to no avail. This one little factor seems to be causing me grief. I still have about 25 hairless now, but they won't last long. Can anyone help?

I was dealing with SAS supply, and had done so for years. I was extremely happy with them, until recently. Now they have changed things so you can not buy direct, you have to go through a broker. Well the broker only want's to sell bag quantities, this doesn't work for me. So, even though I loved their prices, their product and the fact that I could pick my orders up in person, I'm moving on. I buy a variety of frozen rodents, and a variety of sizes, but I need someone who deals with hairless mice also. So please help me, email at [email protected] or just post here.

Thanks,
Jeremiah "Podunk"

Not big enough

The hariless mice I'm feeding this boy are, on average, about 20 grams a piece. He could easily eat something about 10-15 grams heavier. So I really need large hairless mice, I'm even willing to try hairless rats. He could probably eat a small hairless rat.

Thanks though,

Jeremiah,
where upstate are you? I used to get hairless mice and rats, though at the moment I cannot remember from whom. I'll work on it and if it comes to me, and that person is still in business, I'll get back to you

Hey neighbor

I'm very close to Troy, only about 10 minutes away really. I'm located out by Averill Park.
If you happen to remember who you were getting hairless rodents from I would love to know. You can post here or email at [email protected]

The only person I know who sells hairless mice is Geoff at perfect pets located in Michigan. The web site is www.perfectpet.net . Hope that helps.
Thanks,

Wow, a rodent supplier recommending another rodent supplier.....what a stand up guy. :)

You can always go to the local petstore and buy a pair of live ones and start your own hairless breeding colony. It won't feed you animals this week but in the future at least you'll be able to provide your own should any new providers you find go under.
