This doesn't really involve cooking but it is wonderful.
Find some good fruits in season such as strawberries, melon, peaches, nectarines. Cut the fruit into bite size pieces, and put 1/2 cup or so into a nice glass such as a wine glass.
Top with 1/2 cup of strawberry flavored Greek yogurt and if you have it, a teaspoon of honey. That's it, but it is soooo good. I recently discovered Greek yogurt and it is incredible. The plain yogurt is wonderful for cooking and baked potatoes, the flavored is perfect for desserts.
