In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What are all the different gene variations? I am very curious as to what everyone has. Also would you be able to tell me ressesive or co dom and if possible post a picture

Dunner-
Being produced by Bloodbank (started by Kevin Dunne at Dragons Den, I believe), and has been proven co-dom.

Piebald-
Both Josh D. and Bloodbank have produced a few of these, as well as some in Germany. Looks to come along in the translucent lines only so far.

Witblitz-
Produced in South Africa out of originally normal parents (by accident), now being bred out and proven recessive.

Silverbacks-
Extremely similar, if not the same gene as the Witblitz, but they were produced in Japan. From what I've seen in pictures, Josh D. has imported a few and has been outcrossing them to see the genetic capabilities. Looks to be recessive as well.

FYI- these are just my observations from what I've seen listed for sale as well as on forums. I'm sure Josh or Steven/Barry at Bloodbank could give you better descriptions.

Most of these new mutations have not been completely proven out.

Dunners so far are working like a dominant trait. Two Dunners still have to be bred together to prove it out as a codom.

Witblits have not been completely proven out. It looks to be a simple recessive, but they have yet to be bred full circle. Silverback is proven recessive, and most likely it is the same genetic as the witblits. I will know for sure in about 1-2 weeks, if they are both for sure recessive, and the same genetic.

Pieds still have to be proven out. I could not make any from my pied I produced in 2006. Steve's may be different.

Josh

OK thank you everybody but if you have pics Josh or anyone else that would be great and also what do people know about the paradox. I know that Josh has produced some and they look great but whats the genetic info on them. This is manly for the people to know what they are looking at when they are buying if they have a lot of cash.
