Ok so after repeated tries and MUCH patience on my part, I decided to post this. I REAAAALLY didnt want to, and Im sure it wont affect anything, but I felt the need to express my anger and I didnt know where else to put this. So here goes:
I bought a hatchling male mojave from greg in may(?) of 07. it never fed for me and died shortly after. I contacted greg and told him what happened and he told me he would replace it. he said he had a clutch due to hatch in august, aroud the 16th. i waited and never heard anything. in september i called again and was told by greg that the male was a finnicky eater so he was waiting, but it was mine when it started eating regularly. i didnt hear anything for a few MONTHS, so i called in november. he said it was eating regularly, and that he wanted to wait until after the holidays to ship. i agreed. i didnt hear anything until I HAD TO CALL AGAIN in march. i told greg that it had been months and that the holidays were over so i would like my snake. he told me that it died and that he had new 08 babies. he said there must have been something wrong with the female because he had trouble with the whole clutch. he said as soon as they were eating he would ship. in june i moved to florida from chicago. i talked to greg in late june(again i had to call him. he has TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION) and he said he had seen on my myspace that i had moved and he didnt want to bother me. i told him i wanted the animal shipped ASAP and he said he would ship as soon as it was feeding regularly. i spoke to him last wednesday(july 16th) and asked AGAIN about the animal. he said it was feeding but he wanted to wait until it had a few more meals. i asked him how many meals it had, and he said 3. i told him that was good enough for me, and i wanted my snake, and i would take the chance. he agreed to ship monday for tuesday(july 22) and asked me to email him my info. monday came, i called him and, of course, got his voicemail. i left a message trying to confirm the ship. no return call. tuesday came and no snake. i have been calling and leaving messages with no response, again. i left mr. power a message saying that if he wasnt planning on sending the snake, let me know and i would find another one. no response.
its only 400 dollars, but all i ask is honesty. i would like to add that through this whole ordeal, mr. power has never ONCE placed a call to me. i have had to make ALL the calls to him..........so to all new in this business....BEWARE
