I tell ya what I have thousands of wonderful customers that I have the pleasure and honor of dealing with but so far I have had 3 that have been a problem, this guy takes the cake. Here are the dealings, it will be hard to follow as the grammar and word usage is quite bad.
December 16th Order placed for some supplies and Greg did not have enough in his paypal account to cover the total so he said his bank was going to charge him fees for the over draft. He emailed me several times about the problem saying he was over charged. So as soon as I got the email the order was completely refunded. Here are some emails My communications will be in bold to make it easier to figure this out.

Sir I am not sure what is going on here but we have had no further communication. I never said the hooks were not listed incorrectly because they were. But the shipping cart and the check out will show you a total before you click checkout. I refunded your order as that is what I thought you wanted done, you can resubmit the order at anytime. I'm sorry too.i sent alot of emails,and got replys on 3,but that has nothing to do with your adds stating these's items were on sale,,ok,,here i will do my best to shed lite on the way i see it,(I place a order ,somhow i had 2 snake hooks on there,so i took one off,,and it readup at that whatever price,and it was over my paypal account and what i had sitting in the bank,so i did a update reorder,thinking that the hook was 3,79 like it stated in the add,i hit pay now,with pay pal,,then i see that i was over charged,,so i asked for the refunded amount on the hook which was like $1.12 or something like that,so i could still get my order,,i just figured you or someone would fix the mistake and take the paypay for the amount i had done here on the calulater,but instead it was all refunded to me,all i wanted was to have the small amoumt of $1.12 taken off and get what i ordered,so then i can my back and they tell me that i went over,and wanted to charge me over $30.00 for going over ,,i was thinking if the order i place with matt was just what i order then this would not be happening to me,So then i wrote you the not nice letter,i'm sorry for that it was wrong of me,, but i felt i did nothing wrong to have all this happen,,i place a order that was i wanted as i have done bissness with you in the past,and there was a mess up but you did send my other Ranco out but 1st you had to check with the person that boxed it,i would never lie,as that is a sin,,,but a week later i called and you told me yes he did only put one in the box and you would get it out asap ,it just all added up and got me mad,,,i'm just bummed now about the reorder and i seen it's at 6 dollars now when it was $3.79 when i did my 1st order,,I will order something some day soon,,sorry about all this misscommunication,,,May God bless you and yours during these's holy days,,the birth of jesus,,,,,,,,,,,Greg
Ok that problem died down and then I receive an email from Greg’s wife wanting some 24” flexwatt. Told him it was in 1 foot strips as we were out of the continuous strips, said that was fine he could still use them… Here are the emails that followed, there are from I believe his wife??

Thanks for your email. I dont have a clue what your talking about.. I cut your flexwatt?? We received a small order of 24" from Calorique that is in 12" sections.. It is not your standard flexwatt and does not come in one huge length. What we received is a left over from a 5,000 foot production run and we got extra test peices this is why the ad said limited quanties... I am sorry your not satisified with your order but I am sure it will work fine for you.. Why would someone think I did this or I did that to a person.. Thank you,

It was in our ad that is was one foot sections! I agree all scams include receiving the exact itmes your ordered.. Every order that has came from you, I hate to say has been problematic. You have every right to talk to whom ever you like but we have done nothing wrong.. It was stated in our terms of service that we do not accept returns for flexwatt, aersol items or liquids before you placed the order. We dont allow returns on these items because there are to many varaables as to what the product has gone through. Am sorry but it is just not possible to give a cash refund for these
items..If you like you can send them back with a 25% restocking fee and
then the balance in store credit. The restocking fee is bacause I will not be able to sell the flexwatt because it has been out of our hands and may have been used(wither it has or not) and will have to be thrown away. December 16th Order placed for some supplies and Greg did not have enough in his paypal account to cover the total so he said his bank was going to charge him fees for the over draft. He emailed me several times about the problem saying he was over charged. So as soon as I got the email the order was completely refunded. It is not your standard flexwatt and does not come in one huge length. What we received is a left over from a 5,000 foot production run and we got extra test peices this is why the ad said limited quanties... have to impose a 25% restocking fee.. I am bending my own terms here to try and please everyone around. We DONT take returns on flexwatt but I am making an exception with the 25%. When it is returned we can get the size you want to to you with the store credit.. I will also give you a 5% discount on any thermostat you like that is not on sale. That is the best I can do.. I remember Greg telling me that he was not charged any fees from his

Ok so that pretty much sums it up.. I just wanted to let everyone know about this gentleman. I truly believe he has some type of mental condition. I would be very weary of dealing with him or his wife (I think it was him as well). Selling him anything or buying anything could lead to problems.
