    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm actually inquiring about the snake for a buddy of mine, and decided to just cut to the chase and ask here...Anybody know who he is? Done businesss with him?

I'm a half hour away from Harrisburg and occasionally visit friends there. I'd be happy to pay him a visit to see what he's got if he'll invite me over.

This person avoids answering questions about his name. He says David Garbers is his partner and his name is James. From what I have seen all I can say is "Buyer Beware"!!!
 
Here is their full names "james cully and dave garber". Anyone done business with these gentleman? Anyone have any knowledge of them?

I did a search on this place going back 8 years came up with NADA. And if you do the math that would put him at 13-14 when he got this snake ...Another red flag is the fact he (they) never give a straight answer..Ok now this brings me to the New Ad

OK Call me paranoid but other then the writing styles does anyone else see the flags arising here Is it once or 3 breeding's ????? My personal opinion is this a hit and run operation :hot:
 
There is alot of fishy stuff. He stated he was shipping usps in one ad and when confronted he said UPS. But he claims to be able to ship for $20 overnight anywhere in the country FedEx. BS!!!!!! :bolt01:
 
Plus he stated he was going to college and couldn't take the big snakes. Then he was inquiring about large breeder boas with a gravid female in another ad. He is also accepting trades for more snakes. Nothing adds up!!

my opinion of hbg reptiles

Last week I sent this PM to someone in response to their inquiry on hbg reptiles. I'd like to preface it by saying that these are my opinions based solely on my one interaction with Dave a year ago and the fact that I've kept an eye on the ads he's posted since our meeting. Here's the PM:

I notice he recently said something along the lines of "you won't find anyone that's had a problem with my snakes". That's not entirely true. Shortly after our deal I had the 2 babies I got from him sexed. I ended up getting the 1.1 pair I was supposed to get..but he had them sexed backwards. There was also an issue with one of them not feeding (didn't take it's first meal for 6 months) and still to this day it hasn't eaten more than 10 times in the year I've had it. I pointed both the sexing and feeding issues out to Dave but I didn't make an issue of it and he didn't seem too concerned so I let it drop. I've also never seen or heard any mention of a partner til now either. I'd definitely call Shenanigans on this guy til he posts ALOT of verifiable proof of genetics and gives a pretty damn good explanation of why some over at ReptileAuctions think he's a crook.

Your full name is required when posting on the BOI. It would also be a real treat if you could backup your allegation with some form of proof.
 
Beat you guys to it! I sent him a PM shortly after his post informing him about posting his full name and any emails he may have between him and dave. I was kind of expecting some more people to come forward with stories about dave. Hopefully the lack of more victims means he was exposed for what he may be before he got to do too much damage.
