• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

He is another Scammer Bruce Rock

When He contacts you and the other Dealer, Tell him to take his check or money order and stick it where the good lord split ya Tell him your not interested In Nothing But Cash :)

Your not in any sort of contract with the scammer so don't worry. You now know that it's a scam and a simple go screw yourself should work nicely.

Snared: Not a big deal at all. Typically the scam requires several back and forth emails, and then said scammer (I am not saying anything about this particular email, I have no basis by which to judge) will send a worthless cashier's check for a lot more than the purchase, instructing you to deposit it and wire the extra money. By the time you find out the check is worthless, you're out a couple thousand bucks.
Right now, if anyone emails you back, either ignore them or make deals for cash. A legit. dealer will talk the cash requirement over, a scammer will flee and fleece someone else, easier.
It isn't as if a scammer can take any action because the last thing they want to do is come under the not so tender gaze of the law, because then they might get locked up for fraud.

Ok, just got off the phone with BloodBankDragons. Seems like a great guy and he assured me he is ONLY into bearded dragons. I let him know about this thread and he says he is going to join up and become a member of the community.

I say welcome and good luck, :)

Dang it, totally the wrong thread. Sorry guys!!!! Jeeze my face is red.

I received the same email from this guy, but he told me he is at a seminar in Canada. He sent 3 different emails to me stating that he would send me cashier's checks for different amounts and wanted me to send him the difference. Sounds like a major scam to me.....
