• Responding to email notices you receive.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Didn't want to post this but I want a reminder. Brock went totally blind 2 weeks ago. Blood work showed liver and kidney values very high. Was given a couple of products to help.

Brock ate just fine and used bathroom with no problems and other than dealing with blindness seemed fine. Today after he ate supper he laid down and about 1/2 hour later had large seizure.

Picked him up and headed for emergency vet. He is just 2 months shy of 14 1/2. Very good for boxer. I don't think he had any pain, just scared. Decided he deserved to head to rainbow bridge. Broke my heart but at same time I know he will not suffer. He was a good boy.

boxer

14 1/2 years is really old for a boxer. My first three did not make it past 11 years old. It's really tough to see them go.

My first boxer made it to just over 13 years. My female passed from suspected heart failure at 7 years.

Man it is quiet coming home today.....

I'm sorry. He looks like a great dog. ((**HUGS**))

Thank you! I'm doing better but still find myself thinking for a quick second I need to let him out, feed, check on him. We took all the gates down to keep him away from cat boxes or going upstairs when at work. My wife was trying to reach for the bathroom one last night, lol.

Well this came today via fedex. I didn't open because I figured wife ordered something. No information of who sent other than company that did it. I'm not crying it's that stupid Canada smoke coming through Ohio....
