    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just joined this site as a paid member. How do I place a for sale ad with a picture attached to it. I suppose it goes in the bump ad section, but what is the step by step process? I'm selling bearded dragons.

go to your control panel (click where it says User CP). In the top/middle of your control panel is the 'Classifieds Panel' click where it says 'Click here to access your classifieds control panel and administer your classifieds!'. Then where it says "Create a new classified in forum" select which forum you want to make your classified ad in and hit 'create'.

On the screen that comes up, you can select a title "for sale, for trade, wanted", put in your ad title and then type in the text you want displayed in the ad. You can either add images to the text portion using IMG tags or you can 'manage attachments' where it says 'attach image' and upload images from your PC. The image you upload in this area is the thumbnail image that will be used.

You can also go directly to the classifieds, selecting the category you want from the index page, and post your ad from there.....it's no different than starting a thread (like this one) in any other section - just click on the New Thread button.
