    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Two weeks ago, may small male Jungle Carpet Python escaped from the cage. He was gone for almost a week and we had taped the hole on the screen to not allow our female coastal carpet to escape either. When we found Mortecai, we had to put them in a room that was about 79 degrees on the bottom and 82 as the highest. they were in there for almost a week. But we did put the old tank in there, with proper lighting, and Medusa went in there and didn't leave. We fed Mortecai but Medusa didn't want to eat not even dead or alive rat. So we saved the left over food. This Sunday we got our new large cage set-up which is 4 feet tall by 4 feet wide and 3 feet depth and put Mortecai in there first. Temperature is the same as it was when they both were living in the smaller tank, but when we put Medusa in after Mortecai he striked at her twice and she jusy moved away. I need to know if she didn't eat because she was stressed out about the change in temp as well as where she was and also why Mortecai striked at her, but later she moved up to him and fell asleep wrapped around him. I am sorry this is such a long message, but wanted to explain everything to make sure you get the whole story.

Thanks,
Cassandra

Any tyoe of change can stress a snake, a cage change will do that real quick. Just give them a week or so to adjust and they should be fine. Oh and BTW you should have them in seperate cages IMHO
