    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i'm new to haveing a paypal account and have received a few decent payments with no problems.anotherwords i have over 400 in the paypal account.trying to send out under a hundred bucks and it wont let me!!says i need to enter a credit card # to send payment.why am i not able to send funds from my account they already have???has anyone else had this problem?<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>?how was it solved??thanks for any info.

Sorry to hear of the problem.  Go to Pay Pals site and find the toll free customer service number.  They have been EXTREMELY helpful to me in the past with such problems.  Wish I could help more but im sure they can...Mike
 
I did that and the lady was extremely rude!!!!I have no checking account # to enter and i have no credit card # to enter.i dont see why i need a fundable account elsewhere when paypal has funds of mine that they are just refuseing to release.my  opinion of them is pretty low right about now.thanks for your help though.Jason Kiper
 
There is a part where you can choose which accounts you want to pay with.

Take me for example.
I entered two of my CC numbers.
I also have my bank account.
AND I have money in PayPal itself.

When I press pay, somewhere in there I can choose which of the four accounts I want to pay with...

could it be an echeck that hasent cleared yet? how much money have you spent in the account with paypals?
there is a limit that you have before they start holding the difference pending verification.
it should tell you on there if you have reached that limit or not.
 
I have had to call them a couple of times and they were very polite and helped me fix problem. Heres the number (402) 935-7733.

ah...I see where the problem is. They have NO account information for you. No credit card, no checking account. They need some sort of info like this...part of their liability I believe.
 
I've had nothing but problems with Paypal.  My "real" job had their account broken into and they tried to steal money out of their checking account.  Thankfully we caught it in time.  But, we had to close down our checking account, cancle all outstanding checks, reissue new checks, and open a new checking account.  Paypal was not interested in helping us at all.  Not to catch the theives, or to help us cover the costs that we had from closeing and reopening a checking account.  It will be a long time before I use them again.
 
ya they SUCK!!!!!mabee i'm ignorant,but i dont see why i would need to add checking info,or credit card info,when THEY have funds of mine!!!!all i want to do is transfer the paypal funds into another parties paypal account.they make their fee either way.I'm married with a total of 3 kids.i figured it would be a good way to save and spend reptile funds without haveing to dip into personal or family funds.seems to me thats what paypal should be for,BUT I GUESS NOT!!!!!

Jason, think of it as a credit card....they need account information to verify that you are who you say you are. Had you read through the user agreement, you would have realized this...always read before you sign my friend.

taken from their website's user agreement:

PayPal reserves the right to ask a recipient of a payment for further authentication or other information in order for him or her to accept it. Users who receive more than $10,000 in payments during a single month may be required to provide PayPal with additional information in order to accept subsequent payments within the same month.

Withdrawals.


U.S. Users. In order to withdraw funds that PayPal is holding in custody for you, you must confirm the email address that you registered by responding to a message that PayPal will send to that address when you have completed registration, and you must register a bank account or credit card with PayPal. New PayPal Users (who have been in the PayPal system for 120 days or less) are required to complete two out of three authentication steps (confirm bank account, enter Member Number, confirm Social Security Number) in order to withdraw more than $500 per month. Some accounts, at PayPal's discretion, may have this limit even after 120 days. Some accounts, at PayPal's discretion, may have lower limits until the authentication steps have been completed. Account limits, if any, can be viewed from the "View Limits" link on the Account Overview page.
