    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Here we go again

I'm pro-reptile but this guy is irresponsible, I've read a few of his statements and he is way off base. It would only take a few seconds for this snake to do some real damage to this baby. A whiff of food could put the snake in eating mode and wham; real trouble, he couldn't get the snake off the baby quick enough.

I read where the child protective agency is investigating hopefully they can scare some sense into him.

I regret that this 'person' represents snake keepers to the public, they don't know that he is a very small minority. There is so much wrong with this situation I could go on for a while but I'll stop my rant and hope nothing bad happens to the baby.

No, they wont. He's already made a statement that children services and the police investigated his home, held his snakes and said they told him he has nothing to worry about on the way out. The child is 14 months in the video, she's now 3 years old.

Personally I feel this guy should have kept the video to himself, yes this is just as dangerous as letting the baby climb on a dog but the rest of the world is looking at this in horror. I would never do this with my children. My 4 yr old has touched the snakes but the ones he's touched are 4ft and under plus my hand is always on the snake even if taking photos.
