These turn very yellow and have a nice bright golden ground color with contrasting darker colors as adults. Gorgeous in their own right but a less expensive way into the Envy stock project which is to produce Hypos, Hybinos, Ghost and Blizzards in a single clutch. Match a Hypo up with any of the other morphs and you’re on your way.
These snakes are easy to care for and breed readily. Mine grew fast and the female has effortlessly double clutched for me 2 years in a row. Envy stock Sonorans have held their value for years and are not as common as many other Pituophis morphs.. Quite a few people who swore they’d never own any Gophers could not resist these and now have them in their collection. The clutches they produce offer something that is bound to appeal to some of your customers since the morphs are so dramatically different from each other.
