    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have yet to receive my email to activate my account

I just resent it a few moments ago. Check your bulk mail, or spam folder in Yahoo. They often will dump these kinds of messages from vBulleting systems into a folder like that. If you still don't receive it, you will have to email me using your registered email account and I will manually process the rest of your registration.

Yep, that's what happened to me when I registered.....I was prepearing to throw a hissy fit because I hadn't received mine either.....and then I thought to look in my bulk folder in my Yahoo account, and there it was. DUH, me. :slamit:
 
Did you check your bulk email folder (or whatever Yahoo calls it)?

If it is not there, then you have two options at this point:

(1) Drop the Yahoo email account and go with one that doesn't block your emails from you.

(2) Email me directly at [email protected] FROM that yahoo email account and I will manually complete your registration. Please provide your user name within that email.

Sorry about the hassles, but some ISPs and email websites have gone a bit overboard trying to combat the spam mail rampant these days.
