[Hello everyone,
        A majority of you do not know me.  I have been informed that a certian gentleman by the name of (Jimmy Horton with Tex-Hiss Reptiles) has had some pretty harsh things to say about me.
I would like to inform that the things he is aledgeing is not true.  Look at other post. He has stated I owe him $100 and refuse to pay.  That is simply not true.  I did not wish to get into a small civil suit over $1,500.  I posted the animals and told the truth as to what they were.  A gentleman bought the animals and is very pleased.  I would also like to thank him at this time for defending me, due to me knowing nothing about it.
I also found out prior to selling these animals that the female was possibly stolen.  I contacted the suspected owner and talked with both of them about it.  They stated the mother to these animals was theirs' and had been given to this guy on a breeding loan.  The breeding loan went bad and this man refused to give her back, along with several other snakes.  
I generously offered the two I had bought, back to the owners of the female.  I was prepared to do this and take a loss because I felt it was the right thing.  Does this sound like a man that would swindle another out of $100?  This is all facts and can be proved.  The owners of the female told me "No that's okay!  We are going to sever any tyes we have with this guy, as quick as we can."  I wanted to make sure it was clearly okay with them if I sold the animals and they said it was.

So, I swallowed my pride and offered the two females for sale on kingsnakcontact later in this post.  

So I sold the animals to gentleman in California.  He loves them and is very pleased.  They were in fact heads and tails above the rest.  You can look at the pictures and tell that.
I hope I have not bored to many of you.  However, I felt I had an obligation to defend myself.  I'm not asking anyone to believe me.  I'm saying believe your instincts and what other big breeders tell you about this gentleman.  To be honest it may not be very much but you can still tell when something is wrong.  Just thru talking to another.
I would like to appologize for talking to most of you for the first time, under these circumstances.
As far as, Tex-Hiss!  They have SOME nice snakes.  All I can say is becareful and watch your back.  Not all things are what they seem.  How many very well known people are willing to back him?  Inquire as to where all snakes came from.  You noticed after the first really awesome animals were bought from me.  The rest were dumped and are being sold at very unheard of low prices.  Do you think that's just standard?  Mine were sold in a few days.
Anyways don't take my word for it.  Listen to others as well.

to my female, not breeding loan! I still have the parents of these animals! the only problem I have with you is you, you said you would pay the $100.00 you never did I have all your emails.  I am done with you.  I see how good your word is

The truth is you don't keep to your word! you are making false allegations about ownership of my animals that belong to me, Rich Ihle and Jeremy Stone will confirm they sold them to me, as a matter of fact the animals me and Eric were breeding had nothing to do with Super Salmon or Salmon breeding? I had these animals before I even met Eric, long story short, there my animals and all are still here so I don't know what you are talking about, I only have one animal here that is not mine, 1 it belongs to Eric, last week me and Eric got together so I could return 2 animals that belong to him we both agreed to keep the last animals here to do a project next year, why would someone agree to do this if they did not trust each other? Eric is still a good friend of mine and I would never do anything to do him wrong, ever! the projects we tried last year did not work out, things like that happen.  I want an apology and the $100.00
he owes me.

         You are a certified nut!  You get lower and lower as you go along.  Now you are either making false or adding to emails.  Just where do you get off?
Okay, lets put everything previously mentioned aside.  Even though the supposed partners and other have not come to your defense.
 How do you explain your first two post on kingsnake.com?  The ones that said super salmon babies for sale.  I know I'm not the only one that seen that.  Infact I know people that saved the ficticous ad(s).  Do you care to explain that?  What about telling me the animals I bought for $750 a piece were supers?  How do you explain that?  Just like when I found out the truth and how this was not possible to know for sure.  Remember I called you and stated that was not right and wanted a refund.  Poor little Jimmy said, I don't have your money anymore.  I guarantee if you take a gamble you will come out on top.  Do you remember where you said the money went Jimmy?  To pay for the albino retics.  Funny Jimmy, I found out shortly there after those were on a breeder loan.  How do explain paying for something that is on a loan?
When it comes down to it.  How many animals do you actually own?  I'm not talking about breeding loans either.  
It is quit obvious that you capitalize on others and their misfortunes.  While you do nothing to help yourself get ahead.  You get ahead by being honest and living up to your word.
You know come to think of it.  It's kinda funny how once confronted about the Super salmon ad.  It suddenly disapeared!!  How many others out there noticed that?<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>
Also, when I bought the ones I did the price all at once dropped.  Pretty funny Jimmy!!

To put it pretty plain!  You screwed me out of my money!!  Now you have the balls to come on here and say I owe you $100 and these tampered with emails.  That's just to much.  You are nothing more than a simple minded con artist.  There is a place for people like you.  It's called jail.
You know that's fine everything you have done.  I know with all my heart you will eventually be seen for exactly what you are.  A CROOK!!!

I just hate that another will have to go thru what I did.

Gilbert didn't have a problem with the animals when he had them in his hand, this deal was done in person not over the phone, he was blown away with my snake room and my animals, the two animals he picked out were very nice animals, these animals were also purchased before they feed and shed because he had to have them so bad he could not wait, I even took $50.00 off the price, he was so happy he could not count his money right, the only person lying is Gilbert and if one lie does not work he makes up another. I will never do business with this person and now I will let the courts decide im sure they won't have a  problem seeing the truth.  I am going to go ahead and file in small clams court for the $100.00 so it will cost him the $100.00 plus court cost another $50.00 to see he is wrong.

To answer the question about the Super's when you breed a Super to a Salmon 1/2 the baby's are Supers and 1/2 are Salmon I told Gilbert this, he was to busy drooling over my Snake room and Animals to lesion, the animals were worth every penny, he did not have any trouble selling them because they were  worth it! oh by the way he never offered to give the animals back as he said in the earlier post, another lie. So after selling the two animals and picking out the animals I am keeping for my self all that was left were Salmons, still nice animals and I have had no problem selling them.

    I wish you would file.  You would look like the biggest idiot in the world when I got through.  Ecspecially, when certian people show up and talk to the  judge and jury.  You know the ones that are suposed friends and partners.  HA
 It's a shame you get on here and post a bad experience.  Next thing you know the guy is threatening you with sueing.  There is nothing you can say to shut me up Jimmy.  So quit trying.

Partners? were do you get that from??  I do not have any partners, I tried to breed some of Eric's Boas they did not breed, other than that we have one more project to do and that's it, this is mine and Eric's business no one else, if he had a  problem with me don't you think he would say something? he knows about this board he does not like this crap nor do I,  you are is talk you can't back anything up, so say what you want the right people will know the truth, thats is all that matters,  Im done.

Normally I do not talk on a public forum about anything unless it is positive.  With that being said....
Jimmy did return all of the snakes to me and Wyatt
with the exception of one male Albino Reticulated Python ( which is under
breeders contract with T&W Enterprises/Reptiles. With this being said when I made arrangments with Jimmy it was just Jimmy and myself.  During the course of the breeding year I joined up with Damion Wyatt and brought all of my animals to the table.  Jimmy and I had a disagreement and we worked it out.  I have no illfeelings towards him and we get along just fine.  We just are not cut out to work together as we have different philosophies.  Also true that things
did not go as planned with the previous breeder loan because of things
not able to be controlled by Jimmy or myself.  So just to inform everyone reading
this Tex-Hiss Reptiles has no more ownership of any reptiles belonging to
T&W Reptiles other than one 2001 Male Albino Lavender Retic that is
currently owned  by Eric Trager and Damion Wyatt of T&W
Enterprises/Reptiles and is under a hand signed contract by Jimmy Horton
to use on breeders loan for the 2002-2003 breeding season and then shall
be returned with all of the offspring mentioned in the contract.  I have spoken to Gilbert and he was a great guy on the phone.  The snakes that are in question here were not my animals.  Gilbert thought they were, this was a mis-communication between us.   He did offer to give the offspring back to me.  I told him I did not think that the animals he had were mine.  With this being said I believe Gilbert thought they were my animals when he posted this and he and I have written each other and we cleared up this one small detail of the situation. Bottom line is Gilbert feels he was mislead and Jimmy feels he is owed 100.00.  Both of these may or may not be true.  

So since I have taken the time to write on this site
let me share some of my words of wisdom (to many probably this will be common sense)
1.  Breeding loans need to have written contracts.  Don't leave anything verbal so there is no mis-understandings later.  Godforbid something does take a turn for the worse it is well laid out in a contract as to who has what responsibilities.  
2.  When you sell an animal write down what you sold with paperwork.  Again a written contract of sale
3.  Get all of the monies owed before you release the animal sold.  Especially if you have never met the individual.



If anyone wants to write me I have been in this business for over 15 years.  I have always had a low profile and I think I have made just about every dumb mistake you can make.  Maybe my experiences can help you from making some of the mistakes I was fortunate enough to have to endure.  (including probably this one and writing on a public forum about a dispute)

Hello everyone,
           This will be my last post on this topic.  I have given you some information with which to go on.  Some things are really pretty hard to prove.  All I can say is good luck in any endeavors you choose to embark upon.
I guess the best thing I have got out of all of this is this fact:  Buy from a big breeder who has sold alot and try to stick with them, even if something cost a little more.  Sometimes peace of mind is worth that little extra.  I know it would have been for me.
