    =====================

I am still waiting on my developer to finish up on the Classifieds Control Panel so I can use it to encourage members into becoming paying members. Google Adsense has become a real burden on the viewing of this site, but honestly it is the ONLY source of income now that keeps it afloat. I tried offering disabling the ads being viewed by paying members, but apparently that is not enough incentive. Quite frankly, Google Adsense has dropped down to where it barely brings in enough daily to match even a single paid member per day. But it still gets the bills paid. But at what cost?

So even without the classifieds control panel being complete, I believe I am going to have to disable those Google ads completely and likely disable some options here that have been free since going to the new platform. Like classified ad bumping, member name changes, and anything else I can use to encourage this site to be supported by the members instead of the Google Adsense ads.

But there is risk involved. I will not pay out of pocket for very long during this last ditch experimental effort. If I find that the membership does not want to support this site with memberships, then I cannot support your being able to post your classified ads here for free. No, I am not intending to start charging for your posting ads here. I will just shut the site down and that will be it. I will be done with FaunaClassifieds. I certainly don't need this, and can live the rest of my life just fine without it. If I see that no one else really wants it to survive neither, then so be it. It goes away and you all can just go elsewhere to advertise your animals and merchandise.

Not sure when this will take place, and I don't intend to give any further warning concerning the disabling of the Google Adsense. Just as there probably won't be any warning if I decide to close down this site. You will just come here and there will be some sort of message that the site is gone, and you have a nice day.

I have been trying to make a go of this site for a very long time. And quite frankly, I am just tired of trying. I had hoped that enough people would be willing to help me help you all have a free outlet to offer your stuff for sale. But every year I see less and less people coming to this site, much less supporting it financially. That is fine. I tried. I retired the SerpenCo business about 14 years ago, so retiring out of this business completely is not that big if a step for me, nor will it be especially painful to do. When I was in Thailand, I did not check in here for three weeks. I didn't miss it even a little bit. So if you all want it to remain, it will be in your hands. I really don't care either way.

    =====================
Some people have indicated that finding the method to contribute is rather difficult. And I have to admit, that it is not all that obvious. So to help, here is a thread to help as a quide. How to become a contributing member of FaunaClassifieds.

And for the record, I will be shutting down the Google Adsense ads on January 1, 2025.

Looking to do business with Joe of MKR. They have a great website, and seem legit. I would like to know if anyone has done business with them, and how everything turned out? I am excited to get my first designer breeders and want to make sure everything goes well.
Thanks, Evan

I just bought some snakes off them

Hi I have just bought some snakes off of them... I havent recieved them since they arent big enough... If your not careful Wes will talk to you forever :) they arent scared to talk to people and if you have any questions then they will anwser them... I called them up and they didnt anwser the phone, but they have always called me back that same day... I bought 1.1 Faded Albinos from them and I highly recommend them... Both Joe and Wes are good guys... I even changed my order one time and Wes didnt even try to sway my mind... I just had to pay a extra $500 to make the deal final :)

I highly recommend them!

Great guys!!

I've gotten many snakes from Wes and every one of them is a stunner.:)
Wes is one of the nicest guys in the biz and is very helpful, to top it off, he's fun to talk to.:)

Go for it, you won't be sorry. :)

Take care,

Just recieved my pair of Albinos

Just got them today... I havent even had time to even call Wes up!!! They are very nice... Nice yellow and best of all, Pink... YUP Pink... its his hypo line of Albinos... should change colors as they grow cant wait to bred them... once again 2 thumbs up for MKR!

I was interested in getting a pair of het albino balls from MKR...but they would continue to avoid my questions. (a simple question on what their prices ran) even when they said they had no more hets and offered me a male albino instead, they still dodged questions. It got very frustrating and I tired of repeating my questions...

I think it's unfortunate that you weren't given any pricing information, that doesn't sound like Wes to me at all.
I've known Wes for a decade and have owned many of his captive bred snakes. He is a true-herper all the way. He doesn't just do it for the money....He truly loves reptiles and breeding, which is why he'll talk your ear off if you let him. He's a good guy and if you listen long enough you may learn a thing or two, he has a lot of experience.

Regards,
Paul Snyder

I have purchased alot of high end Royal Pythons from MKR for two years and they are amazing! Wes and Joe stand behind their animals completely. They are produced at MKR by MKR. They are priced fairly and they are backed up with one of the best if not the best customer service in the Business.

Stephanie, sorry to hear that mkr gave you the run around. I will beat there prices on albinos and hets. that I produced. and will treat you as a valued customer! :)

Ed,

That post by Steph was 3 years ago..... but hey, maybe she is still looking for some.

Be careful Ed. Someone may take you up on that. :)

Well, thank you for the offer, Ed. :) But currently I am not working with BPs, but may consider it if a good deal is put under my nose. ;)

I'm curious, how would you be able to meet/beat their prices if I couldn't even get a price from MKR? ;)

Great guys! Joe makes deals happen. Whatever your needs he will meet them. Trust me, I spent over $30K with them acquiring clowns, caramels, genetic stripes and super pastels and love them all. The only way you will ever know is if you try them, start with only one to see how it goes. Let us know what you think of them..........

Since Morph King Reptiles claims to have sold $750,000 worth of animals in the last 15 weeks, I would just like to ask how many people that bought ball pythons from MKRs has actually received their snakes.

This is not a shot at Joe, Wes, or Morph King Reptiles. I want to get this clarified because since the Top Shelf Exotics incident, where a person that had delivered well on his deals in the past suddenly took alot of money over a short period of time without even having the animals, I have been very leary of people that are offering prices that are below everyone elses. In the instance of TSE, their previous reputation and lower prices brought alot of customers their way......and alot of their customers ended up hurt....and I do not want to hear of that kinda stuff happen again with ANY company.

Sorry for the correction. I am only interested in the last few months of business.

I highly doubt Joe and Wes would sell animals that they don't physically have. If an animal is sold or a payment plan is agreed upon, the buyer receives an ACTUAL photo of the animal(s) they're buying. I've been to their facility many times and they produce a lot of ball pythons and as far as I know, they don't do deposits on unhatched "potential" offspring. They sell what they hatch, and this year was a great year for them.

Still I would like to see a few posts from people that have purchased from them in the last 15 weeks. You can never be too safe in this business.

MKR purchase

I just purchased a large package of animals from MKR. Two of the three shipments have just arrived. The animals are Beautiful. Most of the animals featured on my website are from MKR. Also look on Reptileforums.com on the Ball Python forum. Alot of very satisfied customers gladly will tell you how much they like doing business with MKR.

Sincerely, Kyle

We bought one of the " infamous" $800 mojave's from them, it came in perfect, and feeds like a pig. He came in at 98 grams a month ago and is 207 grams now. Our spider we paid a lot more for at 180 grams came in the same day, and is only 209 grams.
We were so happy with him we bought a female mojave and a female spider from them at a amazing price. Not to meantion buying a pied from them this spring. When it comes to ball morphs MKR. is the best.
If you want a good price, excellent customer service, and a perfect snake call MKR. If you want to pay more call the other guy.
