    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just completed probably the best transaction I’ve had to date. I purchased two snakes (a CBB emerald tree boa and a male mid-baja rosy) from James Wilson at Pacific Coast Herpetological and couldn’t be happier! James was more than willing to hold both snakes for me (and did for two weeks!). He was flexible with shipping, and worked around my hectic schedule. They were shipped precisely when I asked, and were packed perfectly. The ETB is phenomenal, and even ate a f/t mouse two days after settling in with no problems or hesitation.

I would HIGHLY recommend James! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, honest and has some wonderful advice. It doesn’t get any better than that!

James, if you happen to read this.. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I’m thrilled with both snakes and hope to do business with you again soon!

Well, I've known James for several years now. All I can say is that I can think of nobody more anal about how clean and healthy he keeps his animals. ;)

In all seriousness, James keeps the cleanest and healthiest snakes I have known. He could be in an emergency and if he sees a pile of feces, he'd have to stop and clean them up. Very good, honest guy who sincerely cares about the animals. Okay, that's enough of that mushy stuff. Bottom line, James is an excellent guy.
 
I purchased a female Borrego rosy from James. I received her on Feb 17, 2005. She was well packaged and arrived in excellent shape. She was exactly as James had represented her to me. It was a very smooth transaction andI would highly recommend James to anyone.

The rosy has some minor scarring from an old case of nose rub, I told James that this wasn't a problem. But, he practically insisted on sending me pics so that I'd know exactly what I was getting and offered to take even more, if the ones he sent weren't clear enough! When I asked how large she was, I was asking for an approximation, but he took her out and measured her for me. I was really impressed by his customer service, but was even more impressed by how much he cares for his animals. He not only wanted to make sure that I was happy, but that the rosy would be well cared for too.

The rosy (Princess) is a lovely snake and has settled in without a hitch :)

I purchased a pair of Amel Emory's from James last year and was very pleased with the quality of the animals. Definitely someone I would do business with again

I had the pleasure of meeting James at NARBC. I had a wonderful transaction with James and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
 
I had a great time meeting James, he is a fun person to talk to. I purchased 2 Whiterwater Rosy's from him at the show this last weekend. The transaction was smooth, excellent quality snakes, heck my wife has not stopped holding them since we picked them up. She rarely handles the reptiles, James that is a huge compliment to you.
 
I purchased a pair of Rosy Boas from James, a snow male and an amel, het anery (het snow) female. Beautiful, well packaged (of course) and great communication.

I would do business again with James. He comes with my highest recommendation.

I had to remember to keep looking down to not only see where the squeeking was coming from but to avoid stepping on her by accident. Did I mention that she's short?

Well, she thought you were pretty funny as well. But you are right, she really does like to give orders.

I think she is like 4' 10" I have her beat by a foot. Bob Applegate calls us the "little people" when ever we see him.
