In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Did I mention AWESOME Service as well?!?! I have purchased 11 boas from Jeff in the past 5 years. All were sexed properly and arrived healthy. In every instance (except for a het. for Albino) they were BETTER than any description or pic PERIOD! They also arrived when Jeff said they would and were packed according to the season. I have purchased countless rats from Jeff and they were EXACTLY the size/weight he advertised them to be. Again, the rats arrived when Jeff said they would and were packed appropriately. I currently own 22 Boaphile Plastics cages and one Shoe Box Rack. All of the cages arrived when Jeff said they would and they were packed properly. Apparently Jeff didn't pack one of the cages well enough, because one of them came in with a small crack. Not only did Jeff replace the cracked cage(within a week) but he let me keep it. This crack was basically cosmetic, but Jeff insisted I keep it! Now that is Service!! Due to these Excellent experiences, I have an additional 4 cages and 4 racks on order from Jeff! Yes, Jeff is my friend, but that Friendship has developed because of his honesty, integrity and quality of product! Of course his willingness to listen and answer every one of my questions(No matter how trivial <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>) and return my calls and emails in a reasonable time sure didn't hurt! IMO you can NEVER go wrong doing business with The Boaphile!!!!

Well said Erich,

I could actually say DITTO.  Many of us could never had had the opportunity to do what we do were it not for Jeff Ronne.

I have received many many boas from Jeff, and they were ALL above my expectations.   Some even SHOCKED my expectations.  I have purchased Pastels,  Fine Lines,  Colombians, and Hogg Island boas from Jeff and they were extremely healthy and excellent eaters.  I have never had a feeding problem with any of Jeffs babies

I currently have 3 Jeff Ronne boaphileplastics cages now, and plan on replacing most of my melamine enclosures as time and money allow.

I have ordered a lot of rats from Jeff, and it simply takes the worry out of feeding all my boas.

Jeff has litterally spent hours on the phone with me, and has NEVER failed to answer even the most trivial email.

Jeff videos and input to the Boa Constrictor Manual, have helped me successfully breed boas and raise some of these amazing boas.

Jeff sets a standard in the business that we should strive to emulate.

We have to agree with the good guy posts here concerning Jeff. We've purchased from and sold several boas to him and every animal we've recieved has been top shelf. And although we use Visions for our primary habitats, we have also incorporated Boaphile Plastics sweater and shoe box racks into our primary snake room for neonates. The following is a short synopsis of the kind of customer service we have gotten at the hands of the Boaphile.

Last year around this time, we were blessed with a half dozen GTPs, 20 plus Cancun boas, 35 amarali from 2 litters and a small litter of Surinams all deposited or hatched within 2 weeks. Realizing our current neo racks were unable to handle our surplus and with Rubbermaids stacked precariously, we turned to Jeff for help. After explaining our situation via email we agreed a shoebox rack would help short term with a sweater box rack soon to follow. Arrangements were made and we were promised delivery within 10 days.

As first sheds started and communal housing became inappropriate, we anxiously watched for delivery. Imagine our horror when we finally recieved delivery only to notice the entire end of the shipping box was crushed. Fearing the worst, we opened the crate to find our new rack basically destroyed on one end with Phillips box pieces everywhere.

We snapped digitals, emailed Jeff and dismally outlined the scenario while making phone calls to several local folks in search of temporary housing with no luck. We didn't hear back from Jeff that PM, but with his normal timeline on fabrication, we weren't expecting miracles.

The following morning the phone rings. Its a well known breeder/broker from Gainesville explaining she has 3 Boaphile shoebox racks that have just arrived and really only needs 2 for immediate use. She goes on to arrange a meeting place, personally delivers our rack and saves the day!!!

How, you might ask, did this stranger appear from nowhere to save our bacon? Upon reciept of the email outlining our shipping damage, Jeff spent the evening tracking down this breeder, explaining our problem and arranging for our immediate replacement and the eventual replacement of this breeders rack. All this was done out of state, long distance and for people he has never met personally and probably out of his own pocket since shipping claims seem to straggle along at a snails pace.

This kind of customer service is well past anyones expectations and is in sharp contrast to another thread currently occupying space on this board. With his longjevity and presence in the market, we're certain Jeff and his various enterprises will remain a viable part of the boa community for years to come.

well, i didn't have a massive predicament like kevin and charlotte, but i was extremely impressed with every facet of my transaction with jeff.  i will be ordering more cages from him in the future!  thanks jeff, they're sahweeet!
