    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I sent him $975 for a 100 lot of ball pythons back in March...... Its been 9 months and he still hasnt refunded me or sent me a single snake... He has now not returned any of my emails for a month and he just figures that if he ignores me I will just go away.

I just dont know what to do anymore. He uses every excuse in the book. First he was ill....then he had to move......then a hurricane ect ect ect.... How about me? I have bills to pay I have stuff to take care of..... I payed him on the spot and then I get nothing for 9 months??????

I just want MY MONEY!!! I guess he figures that in some way I owe him this money but I dont understand how.

Josh if you are reading this please give me my money back. Thats all I want is MY MONEY....

What is Josh's last name? Maybe even supply his contact info; e-mail, phone number, and website. This may trigger a few memories.

I know there was some big deal going on in March over shipping ball pythons over. Some businesses were trying to hold things up, I was told they were trying to get a tax on the sale of BPs out of Africa or something. I have a bunch of old e-mails, things were delayed a long time and many of the babies came in sick and dehydrated.

I heard there were issues with them also and thats why I gave him so much time to refund me. I understand that things happpen but I just cant keep waiting... Truthfully I dont feel that it is my problem that there was an issue with the snakes coming out of Africa. I paid for something that I never got and thats the bottom line..... 9 months is a long time and $975 is a lot of money.

He said he cant defend himself cause he is not a paying member. He also stated that he was waiting on a shipment and that he would pay me after he sold some animals..... I heard that before and never got anything. At least he replied.

I didnt do a search on him which was a huge mistake on my part. If I would have seen those two threads I would have spent my money somewhere else for sure......

I sell snakes also. I treat my customers with great respect and wonderful customer service cause thats how I like to be treated. I sometimes forget that not everyone is the same. I guess that makes me partially responsible for this happening...... It sucks that people have to deal with situations like this.

He can respond to defend himself. All he has to do is e-mail the webslave and he will be allowed to defend himself for a period of time.

Please keep in mind that one does not have to be a paying member to *view* the BOI. However, one does have to pay the $10 minimum membership in order to post. Though, yes, he can also e-mail webslave in order to get a temperary free membership and defend himself.
 
I certainly do not condone a 9 month wait to receive a refund. It is apparent he does not have the money as he needs to wait and sell a few animals first. At least this thread brought out an e-mail, now lets see if there will be any action.
 
Well I can say this.... I have seen Josh and his Partner Nick Mole at shows selling animals within the last 9 months so there is no reason why he can't refund your money or at least send you the animals. Are these animals supposed to be c.b.b. animals or W/C animals? If they are supposed to be W/C or even supposed c.h. animals he is right down the street from a wholesaler which whom he purchases animals from all the time who carries Ball Pythons.

Interesting. On January 3, 2005, Josh replied to a thread regarding his partner (Mole) stating he was a good person to deal with (not disclosing that they were partners). He did this via the BOI so he is a paying member.

I spoke to Josh last night

He assured me that we would be able to settle this once his next shipment gets in next week.

I really didnt want it to get to this.... I could have contacted paypal way back when and fixed it but I was hoping this could be settled on better terms.

I will keep everyone updated. I hope that this could just end smoothly...
