    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am posting to give my feedback on Josh's Frogs. This was my second order with this company. I ordered 2 fly cultures this time and they arrived within specified time frame. The cultures however were in bad shape. They must have flipped during shipment. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. They offered complete refund or to replace order. I chose the replacement order which arrived today in perfect condition. I appreciate the good customer service
 
I recently placed an order with Joshs Frogs and could not be happier with their customer service and extremely fast shipping. I will definitely be a returning customer.
 
I personally will only buy dry goods from them. I've ordered fruit flies in the past and they always arrived in bad shape. I usually ordered from ebay since I use it often for multiple purchases. House, pets etc.. When I got frustrated with my last order of flies arriving in poor shape again, I complained. They said they needed proof and questioned the situation. Being that I had ordered from them many times before, never complained before and have a perfect ebay rating as a buyer and as a perfect seller, I was slightly offended. So I decided I will not purchase feeders from them any longer. This was at least a year ago now. I still occasionally order something random like cork from them. Fine with that stuff... but bugs I'll get from someone else these days.
 
Leaving more positive feedback for Josh's Frogs. I placed an order for brewers yeast and several live plants. My order arrived quicker than expected and packaged in a professional manner. Extra care was taken to protect my plants. I appreciate the extra care given and will order again.. Thanks
