The month is almost over and I haven't seen any mention of the contest for June. I have to keep trying to get ONE photo in the calender, otherwise I'll have to actually buy one when they come out.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Actually, I've been ill. Nothing serious, just the sickness/tiredness from being in the first trimester of pregnancy. Feeling much better now.
I'm going to double up next month on the contests.

Congrats on the reason behind the morning sickness! I was extremely lucky...never suffered from that. Just ended up with an aversion to some foods during pregnancy (eggs - I couldn't stand the thought of eggs) and an extreme sensitivity to some odors, especially perfume, which never went away after I delivered.
Doubling up sounds fine...as long as we get to enter twice as many photos!

Thank you, Susan. You're actually the fourth person who said they didn't have a stitch of morning sickness (I think they should call it all day sickness). Consider yourself very, very lucky! My mum said she was sick the entire pregnancy with all three of us...I'm just greatful I'm feeling better! Though I have since developed an addiction to Cola Slurpees and McDonalds Hash Browns!
I will set up two separate threads for the double contest next month so of course you'll be able to enter up to two photos in each one!
