I had an ad posted for trades wanted and was contacted by Mr. Peters that he was interested in trading with me. After a few days of hashing out the details and trying to plan good days for shipping....which goes on for a month by the time alls said and done. I'm told my animals are being shipped to me Friday, they werent. Then told they would go out Saturday, later on Saturday he tells me hes got my tracking number...after asking for it a half dozen times "Damn, its at the office", Sunday comes and I would have better chances flushing out Osama than this clown but I drive to the airport which is 2 1/2hrs round trip in fear my animals are on a cold recieving dock. Guess what? No animals or idea who I was talking about. One of his put-offs for shipping was he's scared I'll rip him off.....after I supplied him with a half dozen references. It wasnt asked but my guess is he was angling for me to ship first, even threw in "I'll do this trade but you have to pay all shipping costs"..never gave me an address, the phone number he gave was BS and all costs were on me........in the end I call him on all his deception and lies to be vulgarly assulted and PHYSICALLY threatened LMAO

Unfortunately I dont blieve theres anything else of use. The number he gave me was fake but when I searched for his number using his name I did find one listed and called it. A woman answered the phone and said they weren't interested and hung up, I was told he's married so maybe it was his wife. His email [email protected] concides with the number I found for
Kevin and Kal Peters Danville California 925-743-8385 (could very well be innocent folks with the same names) coincidence? doubt it even tho he swears hes not listed lol

The plan was to ship via Delta Dash or Delta air cargo so Fri-Sat shipping was an option.

He is without a doubt a criminal

This person calls Places an order under the name Kevin exotics, He is given the total and told it is cod money order only... He receives the animals calls and says all is great... 2 or 3 days go by he calls places another order and claims some un specified problems with some animals and would like replacements... I say why did you not tell me when you received them, "oh I did not notice at the time" so I say ok send them back to me at my expense and I will credit you..."they are on the way"... A few days go by no animals returned to me? (Suspicion is rising)... He calls back a couple of days later to place another order 3rd one within a 10 day period (suspicion is on high alert) while on the phone with him airborne brings me my collected cods and low and behold a personal check from Mr. Kevin a peters... So I ask him why did he pay with a personal check if he was told money order only... Well you can guess it got heated cause I knew very well what was coming, Yup you guessed it No good (account Closed)... So he knowingly ordered animals knowingly paid with a bad check and will continue doing so till he is buster or beat up real well... Right now he owes me $224.50 on one and $194.50 on another... Here is all the info I have on him, if anyone has anything more I would love to have more as I will be taking this to the next step now that airborne has decided to let it go...

Looks like I'm not the only one with a desire to stomp a mudhole in this guys ass LOL

Part of his threats to me were "you're lucky you live far away or Id be on your doorstep".... "I have lots of friends into reptiles I'll spread the word to them and on every message board how you do business...you'll never sell another animal"

All his squirreling around to get out of the jam he made was one lie after another, everytime he said something I brought up what he had said previously which was now contradicting what hes currently saying. By the time Id called him on all his lies and repeatidly cornered him in his own mess he was LIVID....probably foaming at the mouth he was so pissed lolol

I feel bad for you Alfredo, its a shame honest men cant do business without some schmuck trying to cheat us. My experience didn't set me back anything luckily, just entertained me the same as it would to watch a animal nosing through your trash and get a milk carton stuck on its head.
